I absolutely LOVE this place, the workers were so kind and the breakfast food was delicious and cheap! I will be coming back but, my only issue was parking:( there were only 2 spots openParking: Weren't many spots overall and when we arrived there was only 2 spots open

A great little local spot in Adrian. Small intimate interior with booths and tables. Counter seating with stools are available for a more casual and individual dining experience. The food is excellent and the staff is quick and friendly. Suitable for families and small groups. Max group size is about 8 to 10 but call in advance to make sure the one large seating area is available. Parking is ample in front of the restaurant or in the lot behind. Scents of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and biscuits waft through the air as you enter. Ample portions will leave you satisfied and ready for the day. A can’t miss classic diner that hits all the right notes.

One lady rocking all the food out. I was impressed!! Been a chef for 25 years would love to have cooks like her!! Loved the tiny lil diner feel and the wife and I enjoyed our bfast from the bar. All the way from Cleveland Ohio!

Wow. A true "diamond in the rough". What this place lacks in modernization and size, it surely makes up for as a fantastic place to eat. Great atmosphere, great people, great food. Can't say enough good things about it.

My husband and I moved to Adrian 8 years ago, and we were always looking for a small hometown restaurant, ND we finally one today. The Tip Top. It's like we like and Tip Top has a great breakfast and the staff are welcoming and friendly. We will go back.

Our store gets from them frequently. Every time something is missing. Who eats French toast without syrup and butter? And if I can hear you sighing over the phone, that's quite ridiculous. Good food but employees need an attitude check.
Every time I go here I get an attitude from at least one employee. Don’t ask for a total on your pick up order unless you wanna hear dramatic sighs & can imagine them flipping you off over the phone by the tone in their voice (:

The food and service was so good (we both had the scrambles: and the eggs, meat, vegetables and potatoes were cooked perfectly), that now my wife and I will have to drive 15 miles to breakfast. Turns out that Tip Top is better than the other four breakfast places in Adrian, Tecumseh, and Clinton that we go to that are all closer. I also appreciate that they keep their music volume low so that diners can hear themselves talk. Like many others, we don't go to restaurants or coffee houses with loud music volume. I highly recommend Tip Top.

WOW I'm so impressed with this place Best breakfast in town. It takes a lot for me to say someone makes good biscuits and gravy!!!! They are the best in town. I've never gone back to a restaurant a second time for B&G. Oh but I will now. Service was great. Whole place seemed so happy. I sat n waited for my To go order. Wish I would've just stayed

A truly "at home" restaurant, the staff knows everyone, and they are one of the few small restaurants left that actually care about and appreciate their customers. With all that being said, they make some Great Food and I've heard the Tot's are Amazing lol. Check it out for yourself!!
