The chicken in my chicken littles were old and rubbery. My fries were rock hard. I didnt eat my meal at all because I'm afraid I'll get sick. I think they're feeding people really old food. This was a waste of money. Really disappointed in this location.

Even if you order online they don't start making your food until you arrive. It smells like they used the same mop bucket to wash the dining room floor and toilets.

The kfc in albion michigan sucks, it's always something with this place. 5pm biscuits hard as hockey pucks. 6 pm out of chicken or they don't have this or they don't have that. What is going on at this place. Never have an issue at the jackson ones only albion one. Well it won't me post a video of our biscuits, but just know they are hard as a rock

This place is absolute garbage. The employees have no manners or sense of urgency. I had an online order that wasn't ready til an hour after I arrived to pick it up which was already 15 min after the pick up time.

Had an interview scheduled for today. I showed up and doors are locked. An employee tells me they are no longer hiring. No cancelation from alvisha the general manager. Very disappointed that I made the drive for nothing.
Bad service, they got my order wrong (and were combative when informed), and there was fuzz on the food.Not going back.

I don’t live in town so when I got home I found They forgot my brownies so when I called to let them know the phone just kept ringing. They never answered… I tried calling back a few times 30 mins later an hour later and they never answered … so I guess they get to keep my money and not fix the problem.

Only people in line to place order. Asked for 2 orders of the 3 PC all white meat box with mashed potatoes and gravy, 2 extra side orders of corn, large cole slaw, 2 large drinks and 8 extra biscuits to go. When we got home, we found the biscuits, even in the individual orders, were dry and hard, the chicken was over cooked and what meat you could actually eat wasvery dry and crunchy. The corn we ordered was dry and tasted flat. The extra coleslaw we got was completely drained of all dressing. We did not want to drive all the way back to Albion to get everything changed out for fresh, hot meal. We usually go there once a month and never have any problems, but this meal wasn't worth the $39 we paid for it.

Met the rudest KFC employee ever!Sept 6th 2023 around 2.40pm.Had a order of coleslaw and mash, ahe didn't give any spoons via drive through. So i went in ask for couple of spoons, and she was like u get only 1. I didn't want to make a scene so i it and walked out. But i let her know that u didn't give any spoons..
