I like the Taylor location better, I asked for grilled onions these are raw... And also they do their ice cream better there and edit my fries were not done all the way
Sucks dont eat this terrible attempt on originality, you failed. I don't understand whom your in competition with and for what. Possibly worst idea other then long john bronze (ain't good enough for silver)

Concrete mixers were not filled full for the size. Bacon on burger was rubbery and cheese wasn't melted at all. Cod fillet was half the size so paying full price for 1/2 on the sandwich. Cheese curds are fried air. Will not be back to this location.

I used to enjoy this Culver's, but the last few times I've eaten there CONSECUTIVELY, it has fallen short!!! I would have to say terrible, mostly because of the prices they charge for their food, it should be criminal to serve what their serving. The time before last that I was there, they shorted me two items. A medium fry and pretzel bites. I called to let them know when I realized I was missing items. They took my name, the two items I was missing, and told me to bring my receipt with me when I come back. When I went back, I was with my Mom, we were getting dinner and I asked for my missing items and all they wanted to know was did I get the name of the person I spoke with on the phone. Well, I didn't, I just answered their questions, gave them "MY" name, and brought my receipt like they told me to! Never mind the fact that I spent $55 on dinner and didn't receive all the items I paid for. Not one, apology for that. Just rolling their eyes at me like I'm trying to steal from them! As I mentioned, I was actually back there to have dinner, and when they drought our food to the table, they still didn't bring my missing items, and I had to once again ask for them. The food was also bad! The fish was NOT crisp at all. The coleslaw was gross, and the roll was stale, not warm or soft, and the pretzel bites weren't warm or soft either! I won't be back!
We go to this location at least once a week. They have fast, friendly service and the food is always hot & fresh. I just wish they weren't so tight with their fries. I paid over $14.00 for this fish dinner and every time they hardly give any fries. It's the same with their baskets very short on the fries so if your hungry you might have to order extra..

Asked for ketchup, mustard, mayo, tomato. Sandwich came dry as a bone with zero condiments and lettuce and pickle; just things I didn’t ask for. ???Positive: dry through kid was really hustling running (screwed up) orders out to customers.

Go through the drivethru if you come here. Place is FILTHY. Tons of people working and nobody cleaning tables. Probably the dirtiest Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Food is ok. Service is alittle on the slower side.
