I love tea time and its close vicinity to home. The employees I’ve encountered have been extremely nice and helpful. It’s so nice finding workers that don’t seem to hate being there!! I’ve only done take out but my brief time in the restaurant is always pleasant. It’s clean and nicely decorated. I absolutely love the poke bowls. They are fresh and fish is very good! ?

I am a regular customer and always love the staffs and boba drinks except today. I order passion fruit jelly but got passion fruit popping and the taste of classic black milk tea also different.I hope there will be more staffs on Sun so they don’t make mistake in drink order.

I got the Hawaiian bowl, on the menu it states that it has tuna and spicy tuna when I asked where the spicy tuna was the lady behind the counter said that the spicy tuna was the spicy mayo. I am extremely disappointed because I love spicy tuna.

Tea Time is amazing!! Service is incredible! The vibe is lively and relaxed. A great place to have a convo, study, or even play board/card games, available in house! After a minor mistake in our order, the staff went above and beyond making it right. Not only were they very polite, they insisted remaking it and gave us complimentary tea. Honestly, I could not have asked for better service. Must try! High quality products and amazing service.

Nice place, nice people. Didn't try food put I go for the Boba. The pearls are just right. Good flavor, soft but not sticky. Yes, one complaint... what is with the lids? You need a sticker machine. When I buy Boba to bring to others, they can't shake it without the sealed sticker. Shaking will loosen the pearls after 10-15 minutes of transport.

Not sure how it took me this long to realize there is a ramen place this close to home! I ordered the tonkatsu ramen with extra eggs - I ordered through a delivery service and it was piping hot and definitely fresh tasting when it got to me. The eggs were perfectly cooked and marinated, the pork was tasty, and the noodles didn't taste heavy. I could have stood a little more rich flavor to the broth, or an option for some spice, but I'll still order again!

Super cute place! The food is great and the atmosphere is even better.
They have a great lunch special, however it's not the best poke bowls or ramen around. Worth a try if you are near Allendale/ GVSU since it's probably the only option for fresh seafood. The boba choices were nice. I think they had a special for $11.95 for a boba and poke bowl. Overall, pleased with my order.

It's pretty nice here to study, but the food makes my stomach hurt if I take more than 5 bites. I'm still going to buy it though because it looks good. Drinks are mid, I like the lychee milk tea the most.

It was my first time ordering boba and the girl working was so helpful! Checked ingredients for allergies, explained all the items and was so friendly. Tea was also very delicious! Overall a wonderful experience, I will definitely be back again.
