The last 3 times I've been there, the oven has been "broken" and they NEVER have biscuits for the Honey Chicken Biscuit sandwiches. Always offer it on a croissant or an English muffin. They've also changed their chicken and it taste more like a chicken patty than chicken breast. It's disgusting. The quality of food has gone way down. The customer service is lacking also. The workers are more concerned with horse playing around with one another than they are about waiting on customers and providing great customer service. My husband and I actually ate cheaper tonight at a sit down restaurant than we can eat at Wendy's. Guess that's a no-brainer from here on out!!
