“I have been a fan of the Ice cream caboose since the day it opened and at that time I lived less than two miles away so it was a trip I made twice a week. I tried everything on the menu except for the non-dairy ice cream. The people who work in the caboose are always super friendly and you can plainly see it is a family environment. I will make the trip to the caboose at least twice each month of the summer season and fall. Overall the caboose is an icon of ice cream in the making.“

“I bought their coffee, blueberry muffin, and Maple syrup. Their muffin was wonderful. It was moist, flavorful, and generous size. Their coffee was a regular drip medium roast that was exactly what you hope for. Rich in flavor, gentle in caffeine, and warm enough to drink immediately. “We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food.
