I usually give 5 stars even if there is minor issues in food or services however in this restaurant my overall experience was not very good. The staff who was taking order was extremely rude and wasn't friendly at all. We were asking for spice level and she behaved like she is doing some favor by giving info.Food was good and it deserves 4 ⭐ price is also reasonable but service & attitude is below average.I would go there again because of food.Vegetarian options: Limited options and they add eggin most of the dishesDietary restrictions: N/AKid-friendliness: N/AWheelchair accessibility: Accessible

I dined in at this location on 3/15/24. There weren't any salt or pepper shakers anywhere to be seen, so I requested salt and pepper after receiving my food. But in response, the employee at the counter stated that they didn't have any!!! Excuse me, but what restaurant doesn't have salt and pepper available at all??!!!!I was at the same restaurant location two days before this, and a different employee was working at the counter. She cheerfully provided me with a side container of salt and pepper, no problem. But on the visit on 3/15, after I informed the employee at the counter of this, she spoke to another employee in a language that I didn't understand. She then stated that she'd provide me with salt and pepper THIS TIME, but that IT WASN"T HER JOB TO DO SO!!!!!!!!!! Then who's job is it? Was I supposed to go behind the counter and into the kitchen to find the salt and pepper myself or something??!!!! Completely and astoundingly unbelievable!!!!!!IHow about putting salt and pepper shakers on the tables instead? Problem solved then!!!I guess if I dine in here in the future (and that's a *big* IF), I'll have to bring my own salt and pepper, just in case this same employee is working at the counter again when I place my order. RIDICULOUS!!!Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is not automatic, nor is the bathroom door. But there's plenty of room in the dining area to maneuver a wheelchair.

New menu with much higher prices. Check out menu pics before you place your order. I paid almost double what I expected. Food was good. But small portions for the price.

First time here and let me tell you this is far from worth it. Don't even suggest to come here to spend your hard earned money. I got a take out and the box was filled of oil to the brim. I LITERALLY got a scoop of broccoli and beef. This place is a joke to try to finess people out of money trying to save a buck. This place needs to do better and stop scamming people.

I typically don’t like writing bad reviews, and this is not necessarily about my food not being good or palatable, as I think the portions are okay and food generally is flavorful enough to satisfy me when actually ordering lunch out, something I don’t often do as it’s already expensive and generally not healthy. With that being said, they have raised their prices far beyond anything acceptable. $2 for every added topping is insane. A whole bag of carrots at the store is $2, celery $2, onions $2. If you add these said topping to say a fried rice, and maybe a couple others you are now charging me $26! I know what inflation is, and I also know what losing business is, and from the other recent reviews I see you are receiving, you are doing a great job at just that. I won’t suggest we get Thai Spoon at the office until the prices come down. Pictured is standard chicken Pad Thai I get often, it’s okay, nothing special.I have gotten many items from this location(and their sister location in Plymouth) shrimp spring rolls are good but those also went up in price, possibly doubled.

Worst DoorDash order ever. My “Tom yum” soup was actually just broth, the “fresh rolls” tasted old and the “sauce” was simple white vinegar, the salad didn’t have taste and the “peanut sauce” was a synthetic disgusting mix. Horrendous. Fortunately DoorDash reimbursed me.Avoid this place until they are willing to be professional.

Seemingly the quality has gone down or maybe just different people on shift. Not sure, but I've been here multiple times and could count on a good meal. Now prices have increased and the food quality has gone down. The last time I visited the beef was tough and not flavorful, paid extra for shrimp and barely received any, and the noodles did not taste fresh. On top of this I paid extra for the larger size and my container was not full.

Got take out a week ago, it was very good. Today repeated some items and got some different ones. The food was barely edible. We threw out most of it. What a waste of money.

This is usually my go to Thai food spot so I was at shock when I was dealt with such rude service. I placed an order and call back within two minutes after I was told it would take 20 to be done and asked if I could get no peanuts due to a peanut allergy, they told me no and that I would have to buy another order on top of the order I placed. Told him I am highly allergic to peanuts it result in a hospital trip with a response to. That’s not their problem by another order. So I am no longer a customer very rude

I work about 5 minutes away, so I've been ordering here 1-2 a week for about 2 years. Over the past year, they have upped their prices twice. The food is still good and has only slightly dropped in quality, but it's no longer fairly priced. I used to be able to get a soup and entree for $ 14. That same meal is now $22+ for food of lesser quality. I get that inflation has taken its toll on everyone, but $8 for a wonton soup is just ridiculous.
