Good ingredients for the most part. It was close. Not quite there. Bottom was black but it takes some skill to cook on stone oven. Staff was great. I will try again.My buddy had a BOGO coupon so we tried the white and red pizzas.. Both sauces needed some tweaks

Not sure if the guy at the register was the manager but he was super nice to all 3 of us and when wife's pizza fell on the floor on accident he immediately started a new one and also gave her a free pizza.One of the best experiences I have had at a blaze pizza. Definitely coming back and recommending everyone else do the same!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. They went into the back to check and see if ingredients were gluten free for us. Service was quick and the food was really good. My husband really liked the cauliflower crust for a gluten free option.

Excellent build your own pizza, good salads, and great blood orange lemonade. The staff at this location is fast, friendly, and accurate. Very clean too! Overall a great place to grab a pizza.

Blaze? More like bloze. The whole attraction is the convenience and streamlined process (which they've entirely ruined, congratulations on that). You'll spend less time walking into hungry howies and ordering a whole goddamn pizza.

Fraud Alert!Won't go anywhere near this place ever again.I would give this place 'zero' stars if I could.Here's my experience:I ordered a pizza via the app. When I showed up at pick-up time, I found my order stub dumped in a shuffled pile among other people's orders who (like me) had come to get the food that had not been made. "Well it happens", I thought. So I asked the person at the register about the prospect of my order getting ready, and he had no idea. I was in hurry, so I asked for a refund.After a long time of ignoring my inquiries, they decided to fetch (who I think was) the manager. This "gentleman" told me I had to wait because he did not had the time to issue a refund (seriously?). "You don't have to wait here", he told me. So I decided to go to another store and call later regarding the refund... And I did.When I called (and after waiting for a long time listening over and over to an automated message saying if I wanted to speak with someone I'd better visit the store in person because they did not have time to pick up the phone) they patched me through and (guessing from the voice) the same person started yelling he did not have time. He then hung up.This was TWO months ago and I ended up disputing the charge on my card as I never got a refund.I tried to call Blaze Pizza HQ, but they don't have a customer service phone number -- why would they want you to call them?It took me a long time to find a "feedback" portal and put in a message online through a template that was only remotely related to my concern -- 'cause why would they anticipate any issues with their perfect system?Someone emailed me later offering me not a refund, but a "free dessert"! -- I mean, really?!!Long story short: this was a terrible experience where I not only didn't get what I had paid for, but was also verbally assaulted.Why should I even think of purchasing anything from Blaze Pizza again?

I placed a pickup order including 3 sodas. I forgot to pickup the sodas. I called the same night (Friday) to request a refund on the sodas. I was told to call back later because they were busy. I called an hour after that. I was told to call on Monday because only the manager can process a refund. I called on Monday. Manager told me they can replace the soda but can't process a refund. While this was a relatively reasonable response, I am still unhappy with the service and my experience as I do not wish to drive back out to pickup sodas. No thanks.
Just had a really good pizza for lunch - Veg Out.First item here. The staff were good and the pizza was light and tasty. I highly recommend. I would add a photo but nothing left to shoot

Just had a really good pizza - 'veg out'. The staff were great and atmosphere was relaxing. Pizza was FRESH and Light. I would recommend it definitely good for lunch.
