This location closes early on the weekends, and its very likely going out of business. I showed up at 730 PM on a Friday and they were of course closing early with people inside. Of course the doors were locked, and this is not the first time. They need supervision to run this place and keep the staff on at least till close.

Food is fine, the last 3 times I've dropped by, they're closed. The website states that they're open until 10, but when I've stopped here around 8:30 on the way back from the airport, they stop you at the door and state they're closed.

I went to blaze Pizza today this evening and ordered the cheesy bread while my friend ordered a pesto pizza and I just had so many complaints about my cheese bread because there's too much cheese first of all, and there was a hair in my cheesy bread I took this picture down below because I was disgusted I am very disappointed with blazes pizza performance this is my second time going here in the first time wasn't any better. Also to mention two customers after me the workers had said that they are not taking any more orders right now even though there is nothing wrong.

This location is one of two in Ann Arbor. I've been coming here for awhile now sporadically when I don't come to the other one. They do a good job and appreciate how they have great deals if you have the Blaze app and special events. What's not to like? They have vegan options, they have unlimited toppings, they have regular crust to keto, cauliflower, high rise crust, they have different sauces = quality pizzas (as long as they don't have charcoal under the pizzas). As a vegan, I usually order the BYO pizza with either regular or high-rise, vegan cheese, loaded with all the veggies with sea salt and oregano with arugula and olive oil drizzle (BBQ drizzle is also vegan friendly). Gotta love it. I also attended yesterday's Pi Day where they sell all pizzas for $3.14 on 3/14. It was awesome to get a pizza for that price and I love Blaze for caring for their customers to bring offers like this periodically. It was amazing to see so many people lining up to buy pizzas and all the crew working to take orders, serve customers non-stop all day, hat's off to them, appreciate their service. This reminds me why Blaze is special. Seeing that, I had to write this long overdue review. Blaze for life.

Great pizza with a serious business flaw - when they get behind, online are processed ahead of those of us in line. I waited over an hour with only 10 people in front of me. Frustrating Friday night. The thing to do is when you see any online tickets jamming them is order online even if you just got there. It'll print out and get in the queue way before the snails paced line. Two Stars for Friday night.

Ordered a pizza for 6:15 pm, finally received pizza at 7:01 pm. One of the 2 pizzas came out burnt to the point of blackened. Also did not receive side of ranch. I saw people who ordered in were getting pizzas well ahead of take out and I think that's the problem here. Idk if it's lack of oven space or lack of planning or what, but something has to be changed. This is the second time I waited for a take out pizza, the first one was 15 minutes late under the same circumstances, 6:15 pickup not ready until 6:30. I love the pizza as it's the only place near with a keto option but the lack of urgency or even remote timeliness in their pickup order functionality is beyond broken. If this can be fixed I'll gladly come back but I am apprehensive to say the least. The pizza that didn't come out burnt was good, but as one can surmise the burnt one was nearly inedible.

I asked for three little tubs of spicy red sauce for dipping. She said, "We're too busy for that. Here, I can give you regular sauce." Not wanting to make a scene, I swallowed my natural reaction and took them.There were 6 people in line. I'm sure they had online orders. But, it doesn't really matter. It was not an unreasonable request. Both her attitude and refusal to offer a basic level of customer service will have me looking for a new weekend pizza place.

Great pizza, first time i got the high rise dough, which was so soft and delicious but be advised this pizza is more for 2 people honestly, its very dough-y which makes it more filling!

Second time I've ordered from blaze, first time not much chicken, a couple banana peppers on the BBQ chicken pizza, taste good, but gave them a try again today. Well I counted 6 small bits of chicken and 5 banana peppers, a few slivers of red onion. I don't hink I'll order this again!
