I ordered online for pick up. This is a food truck currently located in an auto repair/gas station parking lot. The location and placement has a strange vibe. The food truck is oddly facing away from the parking lot, so you have to walk around and step down off a curb. This would not be accessible to anyone differently abled or who uses a wheel chair. I tried the grilled cheese at a medium heat level. Also, fried pickles. For $4.50, I received 8 individual pickle slices. The photo I posted is without any eaten or removed. I did decide to test them out, so I didn't return them and ask for a refund. Although, in hind sight that would have been smarter. The pickles were not very crispy but were instead very oily with oil in the bottom of the paper tray. 0/5 for the pickles. If you are going to serve them like this, might as well remove them from the menu. The grilled cheese was very yummy. The toast was crispy, gooey cheese, and I ordered the medium level of spice for the chicken. I'm not sure if it was a sauce or what was on the chicken, but it didn't taste like Nashville hot chicken. Instead, it had more of a smokey sweet BBQ flavor. I'm not sure if that was the "coop sauce" that came on the sandwich or a part of the chicken seasoning. I tried to investigate, but couldn't find ingredients of the sauce anywhere on the website or nutritional facts. The chicken wasn't at all spicy. I would have considered it mild, not medium. If you like it spicy, start with the hot or higher level of spice. 4/5 for the grilled cheese.

Best tender in AA. Good with ketchup and honey. Mild is a perfect try for non-spice people. Remember they may also show up near north UM campus .

Legit food truck, but not where to sit and eat there. The waiver for blazin hot is a little excessive, but the blazin hot chicken sandwich was in the top 3 hottest things I've ever eaten. The recent menu change to add loaded fires with the sandwich makes it a good value for the quality and quantity you pay

The spice rub is amazing and the toppings compliment it very well. I just think there's one major room for improvement that I hope is noted: every one of the sandwiches I've had has tasted like it has the condition known as woody chicken breast. I don't know if it's because of where the chicken is sourced or because of how it's cooked but there is a plastic-y bite to the chicken which distracts from the flavour a lot. I hope that is remedied because this would be the best fried chicken in town after that.

Tried the mild version of the Hot Chicken. Sweet, good heat, savory, pleasant Cole slaw and pickle crunch. It was good.Very friendly and courteous staff.The atmosphere though is tricky. Very hard to hear with the Washtenaw traffic and the generator. So everything is done with an app they prefer, which takes the atmosphere of socializing around the food truck.

I've been multiple times and have always had a good experience. The Nashville grilled cheese is my go-to with a side of seasoned fries. The tenders are also large and juicy. I like a fair amount of heat and the "hot" level of heat is perfect. Staff have also always been very friendly!
