Recently visited with friends for the Final Four. This place is a far cry from what it once was and I'd be shocked if they are in business for much longer. Despite being half empty, the service was dreadful. At one point, we waited 25 minutes to receive our drink order in a booth and had to go to the bar instead to get drinks. They took forever to bring out our food and screwed up part of our order. And the wings themselves were so small and overpriced for what you get. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time.

They claim they were short-staffed but I watched the waiter just chillin with a table of guys, high-fiving, watching the game. They disabled the app to order at the table. We waited 5-10 minutes to sit and then another 5-10 minutes at our table and no one ever came so we left.
I love this place and it’s otherwise a 5 star review for me BUT their bathroom is so abnormally freezing that I often avoid coming here just so I don’t have to experience it. And when I do come I actively hold it so I don’t have to use their bathroom. It’s like going into a walk in freezer. It’s been this way for over a decade. I’m writing this post in hopes that someone at corporate sees this and does something about it. Make the bathroom warmer and maybe this place will be back to being packed like it used to. A decade ago.Other that that 10 out of 10 food. Wings nice and crispy (unlock a lot of other BDubs locations) and the bartenders are cool af.

Terrible service. Seated 5 tables before our table and did not even keep track of the people as they came in. They did not even care to take our name or number when we asked for a table. Furthermore, they seated people solely to maximize profit as they were seating parties with more people than that were available. In addition to this, we waited 30 minutes before anyone took our order. This restaurant is not managed well and the food sucks. Please do not waste your time or money.

I can't say enough good things about Buffalo Wings! The food is incredibly tasty, and my love for their spicy wings is unmatched. I find myself going there at least twice a week; it's that good. If you're a fan of flavorful and spicy wings, this place is a must-visit.

I’ll start with the positive…. Waitress was great. Drinks came quickly. It took almost 45 mins to get our food. It instantly made me nauseous. The sampler platter used to be the best thing on the menu and it was so poorly made, I didn’t even eat half of it. Not worth almost $17 for nachos with barely any toppings, wings & mozz sticks that were cold and onion rings that were hard as a rock. Least favorite bdubs experience.
