I NEVER feel the need to negatively review places , But today did it for me . I will never go to this chipolte again, I went in with my boyfriend and they made his burrito first then mine , i asked if he could put more rice and protein on and he said “ you’ll be charged “ i would understand that if i was asking for EXTRA , but you would’ve thought this was for a small child.. my boyfriends was what it should be and i felt so uncomfortable.. im clearly a thicker girl, and this was just wrong .. i paid $40 for 1 regular sized burrito, and chips and queso , i asked for a receipt and they couldn’t provide one , i believed i was charged even tho they didn’t put ANY meat in my burrito… So disappointed and i feel shamed …

Waited additional 20 minutes to pick up online order. Got home and food was missing. Called to tell them we were coming back to get it. Waited another 20 minutes for your correction. Got home to find another order completely wrong. Didn't bother going back to fix it.Don't plan to return.

I had great service. 7ntil I got to the cashier, she was very rude she didn't put my stuff in a bag when I asked for a bag, you would have thought I asked her to make the bag. When I asked for my receipt she made a ugly face. Very poor customer service from her. The food was awsome. The young man that made my food was good.

This chipotle sucks. I just picked up an online order and it's missing the guacamole (which you pay extra for...), lettuce and sour cream. It's essentially a bowl of rice and cheese with like 10 pieces of steak thrown in. I know this Chipotle is typically bad at quantity but I've never had them just skip putting in half the bowl.

Had plenty of time to write this one star review while waiting for my mobile pickup order that wasn’t ready until 35 minutes after the pickup time provided on my order. The lack of service and disorganization is unprecedented.They don’t tell people to pull forward and wait if their order isn’t ready at the drive thru pickup window, meaning the line is just at a standstill.Do yourself a favor and never come here.
