Whenever I go to this chipotle location, they are ALWAYS out of the most common ingredients (chicken, steak, guac, salsa, cheese, even BOWLS at one point). I just do not understand how a Chipotle can be out of so many essential ingredients so consistently. Whoever is managing the place needs to up the supply orders and probably hire more workers. Take notes from the Stadium St Chipotle, they always have enough of everything.

You have to make the most of your experience by getting a bowl and ask for 2 tortillas on the side. Make two burritos from one bowl and share it with someone outside on a windy summer michigan day. If you sit inside, it's loud and busy and a mess.

Don’t go here and the store manager needs to be fired! Where to start…- No forks- Chips were extremely stale and not edible- one of the burrito bowls had hair in it- No kids drinks- Sprite fountain drink didn’t have syrup so basically soda- and finally to top of off I couldn’t get a receipt since they ran out of paper rollsI never experienced such a mismanged store. Not coming back to this location…ever!

I just stopped by this Chipotle. They totally messed up my order. The couple in front of me took my order instead of theirs and they insist on taking it even though my order clearly doesn’t have cheese in it. Instead of making it right for me, the person at check out asked me to go to the end of the line and re-order. The line was really long when they told me (all the way to the door). I ended up leaving the store without my dinner and I am definitely not coming back again.WOW! Their service blow my mind away! I can’t believe this is how they handle thing in this Chipotle.

unfortunately a far cry from what chipotle used to be. always out of ingredients/soda, the eating areas are dirty and disgusting, no one is happy to be there. the food tastes so much worse compared to 5+ years ago. treat your employees better, staff appropriately, and things would improve so much. i don’t plan on coming back.

This location is constantly out of items every time I come here. During my visit today, there was no rice (told it would be 30 minutes for white rice), veggies, chips and to top it off no forks or ice in the soda machine.Staff was extremely rude and muttering under their breath when I was ordering food. Staff members were standing in the back of the restaurant on their phones and not doing anything to help. Staff members began laughing when a customer asked for the utensils to be filled.Highly unenjoyable visit, and management needs to make some serious changes or shut down.

Really bad Chipotle; they are constantly out of basic ingredients. Today there was no white rice, most meat, fajitas, chips, ice, and forks. There is never any sign or notice about the missing items.

This place sucks. They didn't have any steak, or chicken, or lettuce, or shredded cheese, or corn. Worst part they had seven people working back there. Don't go here unless you only want rice, beans, and a tiny scoop of meat. Lady told me "you only pay for protein". They are not required to have everything available. Fifty percent of everything was missing and her attitude was sucks to be you. Paid full price to not get the protein I wanted and none of toppings. Somebody needs to be fired because this is just embarrassing.
