I have frequented this cold stone and have never had bad service. As some reviews mention the line may be long and they may be short staffed at times but their service is always up to par. I've created several custom cakes with them and they always turn out delicious and appealing. The only note I have is that cold stone doesn't offer a full ice cream cake. Ice cream is delicious and they always add a little extra peanut butter pocket in the middle of the pint for me! I have stopped buying ice cream at the store and only get it from here!
