“I was surprised but the dinner belle plate of chopped steak was delicious. Have been looking for a good American owned (few left)and ran old fashioned sit down restaurant and I found it here. “Great food! Have been coming here for breakfast only every year for birthdays. If you love breakfast platters, you will love this place. The sausage gravy is pretty good, heavy on sausage flavor rather than flour. I always gets the sausage gravy, and I'm picky about that since I can make it at home.It's a medium sized restaurant with approximately 15 booths and a handful of table seating scattered throughout. Can get busy, so come expecting to stay for a while. This is a true sit-down restaurant, not fast food. They make your food after you order it. Place is nice and clean. Atmosphere can be a little loud with everyone talking at once , probably not a good place for meetings and interviews.“
