Yelp is horrible at reviews. People only think to come here when they want to complain, and it creates a skewed perception of local businesses. This Cottage Inn location is the best in the entire franchise, and we go out of our way to order pickup from this location. Their employees are on the ball, their time estimates are usually very accurate, and the pizza tastes consistently amazing. We treated our out-of-town relatives to Cottage Inn last night, and my father-in-law couldn't stop exclaiming about how much he loved it. Keep up the great work!

I order from CIP on Stadium Blvd everytime I come to A2 and I was disappointed that my order included bacon when I requested no bacon on my chicken topping pizza. Wings were great.

My wife ordered an Italian sub, it came with mustard on it and no Italian dressing. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich, the steak was dry and over cooked, with lettuce and tomatoes added and no mushrooms, served with ranch dressing. The antipasto salad only had pepperoni. Who makes sandwiches like this?!? The service was acceptable. The restaurant was quite and tables were clean, but restrooms needed attention along with the entry doors. The parking lot needed fixing badly, big pot holes! Definitely not like the original cottage inn! Send help now!

Just over back from out west , this whole Detroit style pizza craze- isn't it just the deep dish Sicilian cottage Inn has had for decades?Regardless, good to be back to normal pizza world!!! Not that there weren't some excellent pies out west but not as consistent as what ya get at cottage inn!!!Two slices or a 3 item Nino and pop(it is not soda, it's pop lol) for 7 bucks tough to beat!!!Glad to be back!

The facility badly needs an upgrade. Building old and ugly. It needs a spruce up. The outside sign is in disrepair... ugly. Parking pavement is in terrible shape. Cement at the door is a fall hazard. The interior is dull and dated... ugly.

Great pizza, dine in experience isn't what it used to be with basically order for take out and receive boxed pizzas at the counter. But there is a dining room with booths and tables.

Slow service this location never meets estimated times. I usually go to the Broadway location for this reason. I unfortunately chose them today and I preordered ahead of time, 70 minutes any they are still late. Back to the inconvenience of driving to the Broadway store . But they are never late.
