Heard about the new opening coming but please source better meats! Slimy wet deli meat is not a fun taste. I do look forward to the new start.

*Updated from a 5-star specifically for the app ordering experience.*New review: $3.99 ($4?) delivery fee $1.40 service charge so an extra $5.39 that doesn't go to the driver? Minimum delivery fee, I get, even a required tip (as it's legally required to be given to the driver) I would support. This is outrageous. Like the Ticketmaster of subs. Add that on to the "service" (the app) being a massive inconvenience, glitching and crashing all the time, failing to add rewards, and having to restart orders from scratch. I have never had an app experience go smoothly, and that continues with the recent update.Previous review: Half an hour is a long wait for a sub shop, but it was lunch rush and it's always bad at the best spots. My sub was near perfect. Bread was fresh, well baked, and delicious. Ingredients all good, tomatoes could be a bit higher quality. Polite and expedient service.

Appears to be closed indefinitely due a recent fire. I will look forward to trying them out if they reopen.

Subs were decent but it took FOREVER to receive my food. I ordered the subs online almost 25 mins before coming to pick them up. When I arrived, they weren’t ready. I waited a bit longer to see if they would make them but the staff kept taking peoples’ orders that were walking in instead of making our subs. It took them over an HOUR to give us our subs…. When people walking in got them within minutes of ordering. Either make the online orders or shut down online ordering because this is unacceptable.

Best subs on the planet hands down. I drive 2 hours just to get a large 14" godfather on everything bread. Subs and ingredients are fresh. Bread is made several times a day. And the whole pickle OMG! Staff is always friendly. If you ever get to Ann arbor Michigan ( that's the Resturant I go to) stop at DiBella's

I've experienced some minor service issues at this location since the pandemic started, but they always seem to try their best, even when short staffed. I went today, and the whole experience was A+. I was acknowledged soon after I entered the shop. Ordering and cashing out was quick, and the sandwich was delicious. The quality of the food has never wavered for me. I'd encourage anyone to support this place and give it a try, because I think they're the best sub shop I've been to. If anyone has had a better sub in the area, I'd love to hear it!

Was in line for 30 minutes to even order then took another 30 min to get 4 subs. Saff does not acknowledge anyone in line or work quickly to fulfill orders . Need better management. Terrible that we paid almost 80 dollars for food and it takes hour and a half to eat .

I got a philly cheesesteak sub & it was okay. They forgot all the extra toppings I wanted to add & the whole thing was a bit bland. If you're looking for a good philly cheesesteak, go to Jersey Mike's. I wouldn't order from here again.

don't work for them you will never see your paycheck from them. I worked one shift and never seen my paycheck had to quit right after due to family emergency and they got mad I couldn't make it in due to that I returned the shirts and hat and never seen the paycheck. I'm just waiting for wage and labor to do paperwork to hopefully get paid for the time I worked there. plus the store has rude staff

Very disappointed. I called to place a catering order for a client (as we do every year) and was promptly cut off mid-sentence by a rude employee who said they "aren't doing that right now." I told her that I didn't need it until next week and she said that it doesn't matter as they are not doing catering orders at all. Would you rather me come and order 10 subs at once, unannounced? Not only does this not make any sense but also seems like a strange business move, given it is the holidays and I am likely not the only person who would have wanted to order a tray of subs and cookies.

I liked DiBellas because they were a better quality than a lot of other sub places. The thing is, DiBellas has gone down hill, at least this location. I started ordering on Doordash & they were always missing ingredients. I decided to go in person recently to make sure they didn’t miss any ingredients and somehow they still missed some of the items I ordered on my sub…also the bacon is always fatty and chewy, definitely not worth the up charge! I can’t give this place any more of my money.

Dirty tables, gnats everywhere over flowing garbage cans just for starters. Ordered a Dagwood with everything but cheese and an Old Fashion lettuce pickles and neither sub was right. The bread was so hard we couldn't eat it. Can't blame short staffed for this, 1pm on a Sunday not very busy 4 guys making subs 3 ladies behind the counter one eating a candy bar while she rang up our order!! Won't be back!
