Good food and good people. Been there twice both times to eat at home. Second time I ate there, they forgot my order or prime sauce to go with my nuggets. Called and they promised me a free order of nuggets next time I come in. Great customer

I’m unsure what happened with my order as so far this restaurant has had very good reviews overall…I got the smash burger and simple as it was it took them 30 mins via GrubHub before the order was ready for pickup and they weren’t too busy upon arrival so that was odd… maybe not their fault if it was a mess up on GrubHub’s end but I can’t say for sure. Mainly the reason for the review is while burger patty may have been cooked to order (well-done is usually fine), it was so charred I could only describe it kindly as “very well-done” and it was just so, so dry. Also the bun was stale around the edges. I was quite disappointed. The burger meat had a good flavor but the patty was cooked so poorly. Sorry to say.

Very disappointing foodThe burger is not fully cooked meat is raw from inside.This is my second time they run out the product ingredients like salad tomato or cheese and despite charge the full price of the product.Only one guy they do both order and the kitchen
Really good halal option in the area. Their bowls were very delicious and definitely made to share because of the generous portion!

Prime Eatery is a real gem! So, I tried their Prime Burger, and let me tell you, it's a flavor explosion in my mouth. The beef patty is cooked just right, and the seasoning is on point. The brioche bun is like a soft, sweet hug for the juicy goodness inside. Fresh veggies and a secret sauce make it a taste sensation. The vibe at Prime Eatery adds to the whole experience. The food was good but the Asian bowl egg was undercooked (half raw) we had to remove it. They need to make sure the eggs are cooked. Mixican bowl was pretty good.We liked the prime sauce a lot. I hope they fix this issue in the future and wish them all the best.
