Stopped in for lunch on Saturday. They were pretty busy but the wait was longer than we expected.They charged us for an extra cheeseburger that we didn't order, so that was pretty inconvenient. Kinda odd because it wasn't even a duplicate of something we ordered. The line was long so we didn't want to take the time to get it corrected.The fries were decent but the burgers were pretty bland - even when ordered "all the way". All 3 of us felt the same way - seems like they forgot to season them.

Ok, so at least they treated me like a human being this time. But, the burger is red! raw! raw! RAW!The entire thing.I’m done with this location.I’m writing a review instead of eating dinner because I’m cooking the burger now.So disappointed every time with this location. I don’t know what to say.

Second time getting a chewy gristle burger. Food gets more expensive while meat quality goes down. It was good before. Fries were so salty couldn't eat them either. Not going back.

Five Guys is quite overrated & overpriced. Actually very disappointing. Like the burger is good. The fries are good. But $20 good? No way. Go to McDonald's and get a burger that is 80% as good for half the cost.I also see Five Guys simps say it worth it because you get a lot of fries. Well the fries are too salty, but that is standard at all American fast food chains. But also fries are so cheap that means nothing. They are good. I would say KFC fries have better taste/price though.I guess the milkshake is the only thing sort of worth it.

I'll give my honest review of the food only.I ordered take-out. Ordering online was pretty simple and the payment process was smooth.Burger was delicious. I believe it was just a little burger and little fries.The fries however were on the soggy side but it came with a heck of a lot of fries. They don't hold back on the fries.I believe the experience would be different dining in or maybe it's just the way the fries are. They taste great but again, soggy.Someone may have a different experience and don't want to take away from how good the food tasted altogether. 4/5 stars!
Patties were not fresh, normally I got better cheeseburger, it was crowded and maybe this is the reason. The service was nice and timely received my order.

The food was great and as expected, the service was top tier, very respectful staff behind the counter. Walking in there was an employee cleaning an already spotless showroom, everything was stocked, peanuts available.I didn't go into the restroom but I'm sure from the look of the store it was spotless as well.They were also doing pick up orders and had someone ahead of us and got us out in 12 minutes. ?
Service is extremely disappointing. Sat in store waiting for a half an hour for an order ahead that was ready that entire time. An employee had me wait another half hour to give me a merch credit that they couldn’t ultimately get to work. So they took my name and promised to have one waiting for me. I made the mistake of coming back two weeks later to redeem the promised credit only to wait for another 20 minutes for that same employee to be unable to fulfill it. 0/5 do not recommend. Will not be back.
