My friend and I used to love this place. We would drive 45 minutes just to order their "Hippie Hash."So disappointed.While eating, the cook LOUDLY complained to a coworker about personal issues. This went on for a good 15 minutes before my friend had to ask him to stop with his vulgarity. There's more, but why bother. Sadly, we won't be back.Good luck in the bathroom. No soap, and it stinks of sewer.*Side note, my friend wrote her review and added pictures of the diner. However, they took them down. Odd.Reposting them.If you can't see them, they again deleted them.

A staple in downtown Ann Arbor and a must to eat at! Love the food, and the service was wonderful!! Oh and the hash... OMG SO GOOD!! if your looking for a great bite to eat down there I highly recommend them ????☝️❤️

The food is decent for diner fare. I’ve eaten here on two occasions. The employees are very little to be desired. The server taking orders yelled at me when I had been patiently waiting for a DoorDash order, and inquired if it was ready. When I calmly sat down and waited, she was again agitated demanding that I confirm I received the food prior to me receiving the food. When I calmly informed her that yelling at me was triggering and very unprofessional, she continued to berate me and yell over anything I said.All I wanted to say is “yelling at patrons because you’re overstimulated is bad for business maybe take some deep breaths so we can engage without you trying to fight everyone.”

The Fleetwood Diner has been serving burgers in Ann Arbor for as long as I can remember. It's a classic diner with stainless steel exterior walls, a counter, and a few tables. It has room for at most two dozen people, but seating outside doubles the capacity. The food is diner food: breakfast any time, sandwiches, burgers, and the like. Look the pictures, you'll know if you want to dine there.Kid-friendliness: Some kids might like it. It is a stimulating environment occupied by interestingcharacters. It is casual, but space is tight.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on street level with no need for steps or a ramp.

Saw that is has 4 stars on Google and thought we would give it a try. That was our mistake! Food was mediocre and the staff was slow. Both waitresses and the cook yelling at each other the whole time. Not to mention how unsanitary the whole place was. Water dripping from the ceiling and old insulation hanging from the vent. But to top it all off when I asked about the restroom the cook followed me down stairs into the basement and waiting down there while I went to the bathroom. Regardless of his intentions this made me very uncomfortable. I do not recommend.
