Some of the best coffee you'll find in the Ann Arbor/Detroit area. I'm mostly a no-frills type of guy when it comes to coffee, sticking with oat milk double caps, and pourovers that are black.From that perspective, I found these guys to be consistently perfect with their preparation. The only real downside to this location is that seating is usually nonexistent.

The staff are so nice and drinks were amazing. The place was so cozy, its a bit small so you have to be a bit lucky to get a seat when they are busy but it makes sense they get so busy because the place is wonderful :
Some of the best lattes and cappuccinos around. Seasonal gluten free pumpkin pie bars are mildly sweet and perfectly moist, unlike most American desserts. Staff is super friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free pastry options!

Hyperion is one of my top coffee spots in aa!! Everyone who works here is so kind, and the coffee is amazing. I have never had a latte with almond milk that got so deliciously frothy! Plus, they have unique seasonal drinks and baked goods that you wouldn't find anywhere else.
