Wow so after an hour of waiting for a delivery order I finally call and I'm advised that the store gave my order to someone else via doordash and "could not remake the order" so they just cancelled my order and didn't notify me in any way. I have no cancellation, no proof of you refunding my money. Horrible experience. Do not trust these people.

The last few times I've ordered here things have sucked. The cookies and brownies no matter what kind you irder are always dry and rock hard, borderline stale. A year or so ago they'd always be hot and fresh even if it took them a bit to get to your door. Every single time I've ordered here they've forgotten my side of icing. I even made a note of it and it keeps happening. I called the store and this kid who had no idea what was happening answered. I told him what happened and he straight up did not care and told me it wasn't his problem and hung up on me. I should've been smarter and not tried or had faith in them again because now I'm out at least 10 bucks. Do NOT go to this location. Just like every other place these days though not even the owners care about a single thing and can't be bothered to fix any issues. Don't expect a refund or any type of concern of they mess up its "not their problem".

Ordered an Ice cream brownie to go. The server did not heat the brownie and gave it in a Very small box in which I could not close the lid. The ice cream was stuck to the paper box and still couldn’t close the lid. Had to get it home with the box openParking: But far from the place

Walked into establishment after driving 45 minutes in the rain from the city only to be advised that my guest and I could not be accommodated due to the fact that she had online orders to fill…..even though cookies were on display she refused to take 3 minutes to satisfy our sweet tooth…..zero stars and will be contacting management!
This Insomnia Cookies location was clean, the staff was kind, and they were super quick overall.

Hits the spot when you're craving a late night sweet treat. They serve the cookies warm so it comes out warm and gooey. They also have brownies and ice cream. They are a bit over priced.
I love theses cookies. They have a bunch more of options like ice cream and frosting to add to the cookies. I really like the mint. It is in a bit of a bad area. Some came in and barked at us and then stalked us. But I would have give it a try during the day.

Very good cookies and other treats! I love their brownies and brookies!! It certainly hits the spot for a late night snack. Price is higher than it should be though, so watch out for that.
