These guys are typically very consistent, today however was a bit frustrating. **Note to self. If delivery says 45 minutes and it takes an hour and 45 minutes - do yourself a favor and ask them to make fresh pizzas. Normally though I’d give these guys 5 stars all the way!!

It's a Jet's. Not much to the store itself but a small checkout line to pick up pizzas; quite optimized for takeaway only (lots of college kids).Parking: Free lot for strip mall directly connected to business. Quite full go I went but I always manage to find a spot.

Holy smokes. I have eaten a fair amount of pizza in my day, and I have to say that whatever the folks working at the Plymouth Road Jet's pizza tonight (2/27) did a phenomenal job. I have never in my life had a pizza as perfect as this one. Not even from this same Jet's.

I ordered from Jets on Valentine's Day and I should have known it would be one of their busiest nights. One of their delivery cars broke down so everything got backed up over an hour and our pizza was cold when it arrived. I was upset. I called and they immediately zeroed out the charges, no questions asked. Later, the owner texted me directly to apologize and explain what happened -- and he automatically added a discount to our next order. I was so impressed with Joe's thoughtfulness and personal outreach and tried to pay retroactively-- he wouldn't let me. I also tipped the driver. My hope is that, going forward, we can all have a bit of grace - myself included- especially for small businesses. p.s. We popped the cold pizza into a toaster oven and it was as good as new.

I'm never going to order a build your own pizza again from them I ordered a large 8 square pizza ? from them with hamburger, sausage, bacon and chicken. I could barely see any of the ingredients on the pizza it was minimum 1piece of 2 of those ingredients on each square and all bread and I paid $30 for the pizza.

Completely unacceptable for management not to have the restaurant ready for the biggest Lion’s game of the year. Only 4 employees working, missing tickets, and making customers wait 20 minutes after their order is supposed to be done. This is NOT on the employees but management should be ashamed.

We are staying at the U Of M hospital, and had Jets pizza delivered. Our pizza was delicious and made exactly as ordered. We had asked for plates and was given plates and napkins. Ryan who delivered was awesome. Pizza was hot on arrival.
Ordered food after a sports tournament. Wayyyy overpriced, but food was good. Only real option that night besides eating cardboard from Domino's. Would not order again.

Have had consistently terrible experiences at this Jet's location, DO NOT ORDER from this location. This time, we placed our order and were given an estimated wait time of 55 mins. An hour and a half has come and gone, and we have called the store multiple and no one has picked up or returned our messages. We have had issues with this location in the past with them losing our order, the only reason we frequented this store is because of the location but we will not be returning. If someone would return my call I would like a refund please
