It's probably best to pick up your orders from this particular Jimmy John's to save yourself some hassle. I ordered online for delivery, they outsource in the evening (no employee drivers), and though delivery wasn't the issue on receipt of my order, had I been able to check what I was getting, I wouldn't have been so mad!My sandwich was a "Bootlegger", minus: mayo and tomato, with EZ lettuce, provolone and a little oil&vinegar...I got beef, turkey, provolone, EXTRA lettuce, onions (not even part of the deal) three nasty tomatoes, a swab of mayo, a dash of oil&vinegar!The only reason they get a 2* versus a 1* is because the kid who answered the phone gave me the option to either PAY for a new sandwich plus delivery (not bloody likely!) OR cancel the order. I canceled. As hungry as I was, I couldn't bring myself to eat it!

Fast friendly service with a drive-through. The only downside was thir credit card reader wasn't working when I visited and I had to pay cash. Hopefully the issue has been resolved.

This jimmy John's consistently makes bad sandwiches. I have tried it too many times to count and they keep putting out the same sandwiches that are falling apart.

Food and service are fast and good quality when they are open but this location is just never open during their business hours. Workers are in the store and cars are driving through and being turned away and the whole place is losing business. It's so close to our house so we used to go a lot but after showing up countless times and having it be closed we are going to stop. I wouldn't be surprised if it permanently closes soon unless something turns around.

Tried to argue with me about the avocado on my sandwich. I guess if you get less cheese you get way less avocado than if you got a normal amount of cheese. Very poor customer service.

Order in store pickup order on 8/4/22. Give them 15 minutes to make it.Show up at store only to have lobby closed with a sign that says go through drive thru for pickup orders. Eight cars in the drive though and 30 minutes later I got my order. Should have just sat in the drive thru to have my food be fresh. Unacceptable.

Online orders should be "faster" than drive up. Waited 40min with no notification on 'tracker', went in and questioned why no notification. No apology just a coverup. Of course as I was leaving was notified order ready. Previous order notification was ok but minimal ingredients!! Amount of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes was very minimal. No wonder bread is so thin. Very very disappointed. Jersey Mike's subs better!!!Lost my business and endorsement!!

So slow every time. 4 cars ahead and took 40min for two sandwiches and both were missing ingredients that were extra cost. Usually avoid this location and again they proved why.

Why would I order carryout from a place that then makes me wait in a 4+ car line to pick it up. It would have been faster to order through the drive through.

I go pretty regularly now (have gone here about 5-10 times now) and while I do like my sandwich every time I get it sometimes I'll get extra turkey and maybe I got a single slice of extra turkey ? but I'm a picky eater so I already only get cheese and mayo in addition on my sandwich but I've only been able to tell there's extra turkey like once but otherwise the people are nice and the atmosphere is nice, just don't be stingy when paying for extra ?

Delivery is taking entirely to long, I placed my order 40 minutes ago and it has still not arrived. I called to ask what was taking so long and if there was anything like a discount that could be applied. The manager Brian said there is nothing like that he was able to do besides cancel the order or I could just wait. I ordered the food with plenty of time before my work lunch break but now most of my break is over and still nothing has arrived. There is no estimated delivery because they always claim “freaky fast”. Quite upset at the poor customer service, or lack there of. So an hour after my order I had to cancel my the order since my lunch was over and I didn’t get to eat and now I have to wait 3-5 business days just to get my refund... what a joke.
