Regularly closed at time where it says open. Have tried 3 times and it is closed every time. Others have indicated similar issues. Although their food was solid, I will not be back. Too much hassle.

Place is never open when it is supposed to be. I’ve tried 5 times various hours of the day within their normal operating hours. Awful business. Won’t be

Food good but constantly closed despite being well within their posted hours of operation. Have tried going six times now and it's been closed five of them. Not worth the trouble.

Food is good, especially the pita chips and feta cheese, but the last couple times I have tried to go the store has been closed despite being well within opening hours. Probably won't be trying again.

It’s very hit or miss. While the food is good, it’s expensive and often they forget to give you the dressing with the salad, don’t have all the different kinds of pita, and/ or only take cash because their register doesn’t work.

Beautiful place. Cozy, lively, colorful, with a nice design, seating, wall paintings, small plants. You choose what you want and in Subway-style you choose the toppings as you go. The gyros, soups, and baklava are delicious. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Just visited this place in Ann Arbor and was so pleased! Food was great and authentic. Avgolemeno soup was perfect. Excellent customer service from friendly, helpful staff. Cool decor inside. Will definitely return!

The saltiest gyro ever. This should be a stellar place. I am still thirsty. I ate a gyro which was like salt on pita. Go to Chipotle. You

This rating is mostly based on the service experience. Verdict: eat here, but go in person. Don’t order online.Food - overall pretty good. Pita was fresh, good amount of toppings, everything was flavorful. Some of our group tried the spicy feta sauce and all agreed it was way too salty. Spinach pie was delicious. Baklava was sweet but tasty.Service - this is where we ran into a problem. We ordered online and it took over an hour to get our food. The eta after ordering was 40 minutes, and we arrived just before that timeframe ended. They said 10 more mins. We wait, nothing. Got back up 15 mins later time and they hadn’t even started it yet. There was enough staff, they were steady without being slammed, so just very disorganized or something. Everyone was nice and there were no rude employees. The motto just seemed to be to help people who walk in then online orders, if they get to it or have time. They were apologetic about the wait and we did end up with two free sandwiches since they had some mix ups while prepping the order. That was nice, however I would have preferred my order on time over the extra food.

Love everything about this place. The food is incredible and fresh! My only dissatisfies is that I have come several times when google and the sign on the front door says you’re open and you’re not. I purposefully made a trip to A2 dreaming about my lunch here and alas you’re not open again(sigh). :( still love you though. Bittersweet

I tried the Ann Arbor location for the first time opposed to Royal Oak, where I normally visit. AA left me very disappointed. I only ordered the Pita chips and they were not cooked completely. I originally was going to dine in but there were several gnats/fruit flies which turned me off so I ended up getting a box and leaving there, thus I couldn’t give them my order back to cook further. I’ll continue to drive to Royal Oak from now on as I’ve never had a disappointing experience there.

One of my favorite places to stop while visiting Ann Arbor. The fresh grilled pitas are amazing!! I love the topping choices for the gyros. The workers are always very friendly. Feels like home. ?
