Great service and amazing staff. I forgot my clutch on New Year’s Eve and when I filled out the lost item form online they responded the next day letting me know they had it. It feels great to know there are still businesses hiring staff that have integrity, respect and amazing core values. I will definitely recommend this place!

Lived in Detroit for 4 years, been to all the clubs downtown, royal oak etc but nothing beats the atmosphere at LIVE. Only drawback is that the DJ is not that fresh and always plays the same playlist. Might wanna go to Necto and Cantina just to get a change of pace sometimes.Parking: Right across the club there is a paid parking structure.

Last word is great but Live not so much. Bouncers were very rude.

100% never female friendly. I asked the bartender, who looks like rebel wilson, for a water after my friend had too many drinks there. I actually watched the bartender pick up the normal little cup for tap water and change her mind, grab a water bottle, and then try to charge me $4 for a water bottle when every other bar in AA will give you it for free. 40 year old married men are there constantly and they will grope you, and it’s not even worth it when you’re getting charged $4 for a water by rebel wilson.

So, to give the best review of this place and what the atmosphere is in a guys perspective and what I saw, first is pricing the general admission is $20, and for drinks depending on what you get can vary in price but if you want solid food just know the minimum credit card charge is $30. Second the atmosphere is really good you will have a good time no matter if you come alone or with friends as a guy, the females coming in look great, but once they find a dance partner lads your on your own. Security is really good on their job and they are very professional and polite as long as you behave and not do something you're not supposed. I highly recommend this place to everyone as this was my first club i have ever been to

The guy that works there (Alex) is a wonderful guy that is really nice. The bouncers also are really cool and friendly along with the bartenders. Place is awesome and fun to go to!

Atmosphere was horrible, Bouncer was extremely rude, and I didn't like my experience overall.
Some friends invited me out here for the first time. I couldn't find anywhere to put my coat, so I asked if I could leave it on top of one of the booths along with all the other coats. When I came to grab it at the end of the night, my friends waited while I sifted through piles of coats to eventually realize that mine had been stolen. This was a branded coat I was given as a gift from a long time friend. A simple Carhartt winter coat, but it meant a lot to me and I just got it. When I came back to ask about the coat and see if it had turned up, I saw that there was a coat check sign printed on computer paper near the entrance. I'm not sure if that was there the first time, but it was an additional charge on top of the cover. So if it's a cold night and you don't want to wear a coat on the dance floor, be prepared to get either stolen from or ripped off.

Don't come here if your Latino/Hispanic, the security and DJ hate Latinos. They will ignore you - music requests, complaints, anything. My friend and I were shoved and when we tried to hold our ground the security accused us of being aggressive. The person who shoved us then tried to kick us and the security guard still defended her, telling us to step back. Also the music is always the same it's like the DJ plays a Spotify playlist. Drinks are okay, nothing special.

This place is great! Mike at the door is super friendly and nice. I also miss the girl who did cover and always wore a mask, I hope she comes back.

I absolutely love LIVE Ann Arbor so much! The music is great, the DJ definitely knows what he's doing. Mike, the bouncer is one of the nicest and best people there. He always greets us with the best smile and is super friendly. Live would not be the same without him. I also love the coat check lady. She works so hard and even checked up on me in the bathroom. My friends and I all love this place
