Ordered my pizza online. Went to pickup and was told it hadn't even been made yet. I get 20 minutes for lunch. It's the third time it's happened. I try to understanding but I give up. Tired of going hungry.

The pizza is good. I got what I paid for and am satisfied in that regards.I was NOT a fan of their delivery. I feel like an old bait and switch was done. I ordered delivery on the website and paid and received a confirmation. I was then informed that my order was being delivered by a door dash driver. There was not a mention of this, at least from what I saw, when I was ordering.Hungry Howie's site says your delivery order may be delivered by door dash. Marco's did not mention this. And yes, it would have influenced my decision to either pick it up or get delivery from somewhere else.

Location doesn't deliver. Doesn't say anywhere on website. No notification through the ordering process, it even allows me to select delivery and put in my address.Asked & opted in for text updates, didn't get a single text - called the location & all I got was "oh yeah we don't deliver, you'll have to order through Uber eats"Well I already paid. And it says my order is ready.Only leaving a bad review because I'm in the hospital, already paid, and now have to figure out how to go get the dang pizza. Lol.

Unbelievable, I ordered online and waited on my food for an hour and a half for pickup outside. Keep in mind the estimated wait was 20 mins. When I walked in to check the status I seen there was one employee so I kinda understood the delay but when I asked how much longer for my order she told me she had no idea and I asked why she said because I have too many orders and she was not making pizzas I asked for a refund if she’s not making orders and she told me she was calling security because I made her uncomfortable and all I wanted was my refund . There was a good 25 orders on the screen not being made so I’m sure I’m not the only one irritated by the situation. I don’t want to sound like a Karen but I’m from out of town and Marcos was recommended but I was simply trying to keep cool until it became too late to wait and I wasted money on 3 pizzas and cheese bread for the family and was refused a refund I think it’s illegal. And I feel bad for the other 15-20 people waiting in there. Notice in the back no orders are being prepared either.Wheelchair accessibility: The only thing available

Staff are over worked and under paid but still go above and beyond. Management truly doesn’t understand the blessings they have. Never received wrong order ! Always received food in a timely manner! Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking!

I was looking for a good place to have lunch in AA and a lot of places have closed recently or started serving subpar products. That was not the case at this location. As a big fan of pizza and as someone who worked for a chain for many years I can say they made the best pizza I've had in a long time. The crust was perfectly cooked to make it a little crunchy without being burnt and the peperoni had a nice curl and crisp edges, something only the most expensive meat has and the cheese and sauce were also outstanding. They had a coupon for a small pie with a drink for $8 which is a heck of a good deal. A Little Caesar's lunch combo is a little cheaper but I think Marco's gives you more food and without question better food. The Jet's across the street is more expensive and the quality there has gone way down. Two slices and a drink will put you well over $10 and the last few times I was given reheated garbage. This Marco's is my new favorite pizza place and will return every week. I only had to take one star away for atmosphere. They say "dine in" on the door but they just have a few small tables and chairs. Enough for a lunch break but nothing you'd take your family to for a night out. It's not a beautiful place but their pizza is fantastic. I highly recommend this place.Parking: No problem finding a place to park. Shop is up the hill behind the Shell station so it may be easy to miss.

I used to come to this Marco's frequently and liked their pizza, but the last few times I ordered the crust seem thick and doughy. So I asked if I could get my pizza well done and got disconnected. So I called back and was told their pizza are well done. Then I tried to use a promotional code to order over the phone and the reply was I had to come in and order to use the promotional code. I gave up after that.

I've been going to this Marco's location for over 15 years and something's changed. The last three times I've ordered I have not enjoyed the pizza crust...too bready and reminds me of Domino's Pizza...yuck!

The pizza at the Ann Arbor Plymouth is superb. I've ordered from the Canton Marco's and was very disappointed but at least there's still Ann Arbor. ?

Worker called my significant other a fat boy and fat f*ck when he went to pick up pizza at this establishment. This was entirely unprovoked and before he even said anything. If this is how they treat their customers to their face, I can’t imagine what they do to the pizzas behind their backs.

If could leave half star I would,understand times are hard, being a former manager of pizza place that is when you change quoted times, my pizza bowl supposed be 15 to 25 min, it is going on 40 now and I'm sitting here waiting this is one reasons why quit coming here,wanted give another chance guess should went with my gut and not...

Came here for carry out two times and both times they have given my order to a delivery driver while I have been there waiting. First time I get it, mistakes happen, but two straight times is ridiculous. When I mentioned it was my second time this has happened, employee just shrugged his shoulders and said he would remake it. No mention of possibly a refund or even a damn coupon. Owner/manager should be ashamed with their employees customer service. It's really not that hard
