Understaffed which I understand, what I do not understand is not honoring app orders. When my partner and I went in to use an app deal, he clicked “use at restaurant” and was met with “we are only doing drive thru or mobile right now”. Because he had already selected “use at restaurant” he could not do mobile, so we went through the drive thru which we were met with “we’re not doing drive thru due to being understaffed”. This is a great location with plenty of parking. The restaurant has been my go to place for breakfast and for the great frappes. TK the manager has great customer service and goes above and beyond for any customer. So if you're looking for a good atmosphere with good food and good service this is the place to go.

We ordered 2 sausage McMuffins one with egg, 1 hashbrown and a Lg Coke. The hashbrown was perfect. It was fresh and not oil logged, the oil was clean. The McMuffins should have been hotter but were good. The Coke tasted horrible! Both bathrooms were clean and the restaurant from what I could see looked clean. It was first thing in the morning so it should be at its cleanest. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
