Paying $20 for frozen yogurt I expected more. I love the Canton location but was closer to this one in Ann Arbor. The fruit is rotten and the toppings are old and stale. The frozen yogurt is not at the right temperature because it instantly melts. I will never be back. Do better!

Little seating, prices have increased significantly, and staff is indifferent to customers or their job. Froyo is good though so will continue to be a customer.

Buyer beware! First I love Menchie, I have the app on my phone because I live by one in Studio City, CA and I go three times a week. So I was excited to find this one in Ann Arbor. -the floors were dirty, the spoons for the toppings were sticky, and it was fudge smeared down the topping machines. The I paid double the price, for half the amount; but the worst part it was the taste like when you re-freeze ice cream and it's gritty. I threw away $9.21 worth of froyo. I will never good back! Ever!

Just horrible! The clerk working the counter was on her phone the entire time we were in the store. She didn't even hang up or speak to us when weighing and ringing up our overly priced rotten Fruit covered, dishwater tasting fro-yo. NEVER AGAIN will I darken the doorstep of this establishment. As stated, we tasted several flavors, none of which were good, but the kids wanted to try fro-yo, and we were there, so proceeded to make small cups. Next, the toppings. If you want chocolate and sprinkles, your in luck because they don't rot. If your like me, and want fresh fruit topping. Well, your out of luck on this because every fruit, right down to the chocolate covered strawberries was rotten. Cost for all this...$15/ small cup. $60 for my family of four. NEVER!!

Overpriced. Not that many natural toppings.Weights the waffle baskets even though they charge them as extra. Double cost to you!

We go here once a week after our son swims. You could tell some time in 2022 that they either went under new management or just got lazy. Workers are always on their phones and today I wanted to tell the woman about a spill that I saw so no one slip. I said ma’am 3 times, hey worker, whistled and finally walked 5 feet over and let her know. She was on FaceTime with someone and had an ear piece in. She said oh I know and continued to talk on the phone with a spill we had to walk around. Counters are dirty, floors dirty and overall much worse since 2022. I wonder if the yogurt machines are even cleaned. The candy and extras containers off to the side look dirty. We are trying to find a new place to go.

First timer at this place and brought my son. We walked in and there was no one around. Eventually the worker came up from the back by the time we made it to the machines. Said nothing to us and was wearing headphones almost the entire time we were in the store. We found the sample cups because there was another customer in the store and I was letting my son try different flavors so he knew what he wanted and I didn't waste any money as some of those flavors he has never had. The worker said he could only try 2 after he was reaching for another cup and he was reading the sign that said new customers and new flavors and he was confused as there was no limit on the sign and why she took the cups away. Then after we filled the ice cream cup I took him over to the toppings and she accused him of placing his hands in it. I was standing with him and watching as he used the tongs and scoops properly because I was explaining to him how a place like this works. She kept interupting as she was still trying to make sure I knew she thought he put his hands in there. I told her I didn't want to make a scene and that I was going to finish explaining what to do since she wasn't out here to do so when we got there. After that I paid for his ice cream as I wasn't about to buy anymore and didn't want to punish him for her behavior. When purchasing I had to ask where the spoons were several times to make sure we didn't grab the wrong thing and finally I pointed to the fancy pink/green ones and said are these the ones we take and just took one. I will not be coming back.

Came here with the crew after pizza at a nearby joint. They have an amazing array of flavors, even dairy and sugar free. Great toppings too. I'd recommend this for all frozen yogurt lovers, although it is a little pricey.
