Great facility - not crowded, it's clean, has all the equipment I need. Angel was very responsive to questions via email before I joined (unlike many other gyms I reached out to), very transparent about pricing, and got a free week to try it out first.

I seriously was very excited to go to this gym. Semi- personal training, is what I was told I would get. A custom plan that was tailored to me. For the first month or so this was true.
The following 5 months I was left a piece of paper in a bin to grab each week. Nothing on my plan had anything to do with what I did the week prior, even though I took detailed notes on what I did. I was not spoke to at all for months. The owner Angel just sat on his phone or in the office and never worked with me once.
When I asked for extra stretching plans for my hamstring I was told to do it on my own at home. So what was I paying $100 for? A piece of paper with a random plan? I can easily do that at another gym for half the money and actually have a shower in the facility.
When I went to cancel he charged me again. Now I’m in a dispute over the charge.
