Food was, in general, OK. Neither "OMG this is so good" nor horrible. It was fair food for fair price. But what got me bit dissatisfied was that the olive oil came with bread was just sooooo bland and tasteless. Real extra virgin olive oil has deep green color and very nutty taste. Yeah, they are not cheap so I only use it for only for dipping bread. What I got was cooking olive oil. Is there a rule that I should get extra virgin olive oil for dipping, HECK NO. But I think it is one quick and easy area for improvement.

The food was great, but the 3% service charge was a deal breaker for me. I genuinely don't understand how restaurants feel that this is the way to treat customers.

We had a great experience at Palio during a weeknight dinner. The restaurant seems to cater to a lot of locals, with many families dining together. Ambiance was nice and traditional, with the decor inspired by the Palio di Siena, with many of the flags for the competing teams. The food was delicious and prices were fair. The garlic bread with cheese was substantial and the tiramisu for desert was huge (and very tasty). I had the pollo alla parmigiana and highly recommend the dish. They do not have the traditional primo and secondo piatto, but instead, you can pick the pasta and then add the protein you prefer. I would definitely come back again if I am in the area.

Great first experience, Angela served us and she was lovely and very attentive. Bread was filled, water was topped at all times. She recommended her favorite dish, pesto cavatappi with shrimp and it was a showstopper! Definitely coming back.

We had a great time at Palio last night! The food was amazing. Derek was our server, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He made awesome recommendations on what to have for dinner, and was just generally very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Food was good not great but we liked it. Being a former waiter and now a business owner I was not happy about a 3% service charge that was “just added” without any explanation. When I inquired I was informed it was placed by ownership for credit card fees? But I hadn’t even told themHow I was paying? As a business owner a business should never just put a bogus charge on a customer’s bill. I get it there are credit card fees but just a bad look just bump the prices instead of being sneaky. Probably will not return here with that policy. Customers are always the priority!

The Palio was amazing. My girlfriend and I dined in on Valentine’s Day. We had the crab bruschetta as a Valentine’s Day special. IF YOU DONT PUT THAT ON YOUR ACTUAL MENU you are MISSING OUT ON MORE MONEY!!!!! Also the guy with the mustache was the best. Great service.

This may be perhaps among the worst places I've ever eaten. Salad tasted fine, bread tasted fine, saw our dishes were wet, was a little bit suspicious but hey a wet dish means clean right? It does not! The taste of the main dishes can only be described as dishwater soapy. Any other flavors were overtaken by the overwhelming taste of soap. The other flavors in the dishes (which I could barely taste because of the soap) were very watered down. I did not think it possible to water down a pesto but today I have been proven wrong. My stomach has also been rumbling since I ate here and is even threatening a vomit. The service was great the place is cute but man. Do I not recommend their food. The place was empty for good reason unfortunately.
