I got a burrito, and it was delicious. the staff was very friendly. it was so delicious and filling. Overall, this was a great restaurant and I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews

I wouldn't give this location any stars if I could. I gave it another try tonight and it was a terrible experience. The older, tall Mexican guy is ALWAYS eating food while he is making food for customers, which is so gross. He also messed up my daughter's burrito, and the younger boy Marco argued about remaking it. Marco made my food and my tortillas were still dough like and not eatable. He also forgot to give me my chips, which is the 2nd time that has happened. The employees are very unfriendly, the resturant feels dirty and the tall guy eats over the food.
This place has really gone down hill. Used to be my favorite lunch spot in AA. But last 2 times I went they gave me less than half scoop of jalapenos then charged me 1.50 for asking for another scoop. The last time I was there, they were extremely rude when I asked how I was being charged for extra toppings when I didn't even get a full portion to start with. I'll never return to this location again and tell everyone I can how awful it's become

This is the worst Pancheros experience we've ever had. The staff looked fully bothered/annoyed to help us. The quesadillas were not cooked (tortilla was raw and cheese unmelted). The taco shells were also raw, only cooked for about 2 seconds on each side. The guy out about a cup of sour cream on each taco. Inedible. The worst part was the staff was so rude. Never again. Judging on these reviews, this location will be out of business soon.

Place used to be decent, it's been so terrible for at least a year that I've completely stopped coming. It's poorly staffed, constantly out of ingredients, and definitely not as clean as it used to be.It's pretty clear that the owner is just a trying to skimp on pay. As staff keeps turning over, and over, while customers watch the place slowly getting worse and worse. Honestly, this location is so bad that Corporate seriously needs to do something. This place is so bad it would irrevocably damage the brand for people who had never been to one before.

The whole place reeked like dog excrement. I could not have picked up my order faster. Had I been placing an order in-person, I would have immediately given up and walked out. I doubt I will be able to eat this burrito now. Gross.
Livonia location is about as good as it gets...I didn't even make it through the line I had to walk out. Lady was incredibly rude and messed up my first 2 ingredients twice on two separate burritos. When I would correct her she'd throw a fit and was throwing things behind the counter... i hope life gets better for her9-21-231:30pm

Food: I give y’all good points on the fresh made tortillas shells. Like mine grilled longer though.However There was a bone in the chicken and was definitely seasoned to perfection definitely yall big seller had to take points off for thatSteak was way to cub you can tell it’s not real steak taste like it’s precooked.Too much rice on the burrito not enough meat I might as got a bowl. No Ground beef is definitely a ???Atomophere: everything look clean except the music is too loud might want to turn it down a little bit so you can hear the customer.Service: on a busy day they definitely know how to get you in and out. I had to take points off for no Apple Pay. Also seem like the employee rush you way too much. This is not McDonald’s. Y’all making Mexican food not doing a 2min football drill ?????♂️??♂️Overall: I give y’all an 3 and a half because it’s not as good a Qdobas and chipotle but it’s decent. Y’all just need more variety in the toppings game. Items seem very basic to me. Also the flavor needs more improvement.

this location has become my go to spot since the new workers Fran and Sarah have come to this location. the store is much cleaner and the service and the food is a thousand times better. these ladies deserve a raise for the magnificent changes they made to the store. keep up the great work
