The process for drive-through order pick is flawed. I placed an order using the app and went to pick it up when notified my order was ready. However, I stood in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes because the car in front of me just placed an order at the window. There should be two lines or a place for cars to pull over until their order is ready.

Used Panera Catering for a 2 day weekend event. Ordered via phone with central staff person who was very helpful in selecting items for a 100 person luncheon. Order was filled by local store & they did an outstanding job. On time delivery, tea & coffee were hot, sandwiches individually wrapped & labeled It all worked perfectly for the 100 person event. Will definitely use again!

All of these positive google reviews are bought by Panera, it has been open less than a year. I have given this place a try probably 20 times since they first opened, and they have failed me every time. I keep going back hoping there is new management because I love Panera and this one is so close to me.
Did online order at 8:10 for pick up in drive thru at 8:45... got there at 8:55 and line wasn't moving - about 6 cars ahead of me. At 9:04, I got the notice that they were running late on my order. They basically did my order while I was at the window - didn't get it until about 9:20.
