As we entered the restaurant my colleague and I were seated in a section that was totally empty. Several employees watched as we sat there, yet no one came over. After several minutes my colleague waived at a male waiter and asked who had our table. Within seconds here comes a guy name Chris. He apologized profusely and indicated that he wasn’t aware that we were seated as he was just told to go home. Chris went above and beyond to turn our negative experience into a positive one! He is a true example of what Excellence in Customer Service means and should be the model that all other employees strive to be like! Thank you Chris for exceptional service today! Was seated immediately for lunch service hostess was smiley and cheerful. The waitress was very personable and also smiling and came to check on me before and after meal arrived. Also the manager stopped by to check on howy visit was. Food was prepared quickly was perfect for a lunch visit as I only have a 30 minute lunch . Will definitely be back!Parking: Mall parking , wasnt hard at all to find a spot

The food was excellent! We forgot our free lettuce wrap coupon but they gave us one anyway and an extra coupon for next time. Our waitress Sierra was on point giving us great recommendations and always making sure our drinks were filled. We appreciated the manager, Nate, stopping by to check on us. He's running a great ship, would highly recommend checking it out.

I believe what makes any restaurant is the Food and the people that work there. Nate went out of his way to save me today. I placed an order online for 20 people and I ordered it to the wrong location. Nate took charge and got it done in 16 minutes. I was blown away. You definitely earned a lot of business from me and I cater a ton. Thank you Nate.

3/7/24 Ann Arbor MI: Been dining at PF Chang’s in MI for a couple years but for along time, since you opened in AZ. Stopped in for dinner with a friend and was completely disappointed. Actually have not ever had such an experience at PFC. Our server was nice, but weak as far as attentiveness and seemed like she did not want to be there. When we ordered, she came back to share that the short ribs, listed on menu, are no longer an available item, ordered a new item with beef only for her to return to share that this item was not available either. I ordered red wine, same brand and type I always do, and it was cold, like refrigerated cold, which is not how red wine is served. The entrees came, they were so-so, and the prawns I ordered were very small- I order these often at other locations and they’re twice the size. We ordered desert- the person delivered with extra large serving spoons and said spoons and forks were not available, he then brought plastic forks wrapped in plastic, tacky. The bathroom was filthy/atrocious and we couldn’t get out fast enough. All these issues yet the restaurant was not busy, half empty actually. Not a positive experience at all.
