The food is high-quality and fresh, there are many options thanks to customizability, the service is quick and friendly, location is great and convenient. This is the perfect go-to sandwich shop. All the sandwiches are great, just make sure to add the hot peppers.The Mediterranean is my personal favorite.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I had in Ann Arbor. The server Lisa as she handled my order was very rude. I took an additional wrapper I thought were there to take and she started showing her true colors. Hateful and racist people should not work in a college multinational city. As an international student I was targeted and felt not welcomed here.

Imo the best fast casual sandwiches at their price point - miles ahead of subway in terms of quality and taste. Most original sandwiches are under $10 and are super filling. The deli meats have way more flavor than the competitors. I wish they had an option, however, to build a sandwich from scratch - it's not possible as far as I can tell to swap out meats on the app although you can customize the cheese. It would also be nice if they had more cheese options. The place is always pretty clean and well kept, although the employees could be a little friendlier. I've had some issues with picking up mobile orders where my sandwich isn't ready at the expected time and they haven't been super helpful about it. Nonetheless I'll go back. The app has a decent rewards program too.

Great restaurant! Love potbelly, at least this location. The prices are very reasonable and portions are good. One meal and a milkshake had me full for hours (in a good way). I would recommend every sandwich, very flavorful! The milkshakes were also delicious and well worth the money. Oreo flavor is perfect.

First time experience, it was absolutely wonderful. I got the A Wreck Sandwich and it is a must get. The staff were very friendly. It's a rarity that I explore food spots in Ann Arbor, but glad I stopped here. I will be back.

Sold sandwich at a good price. You can get the "skinny" size for $6.20 (which is just a normal size IMHO). That is unheard of these days. Very pleased.
