I've been eating from Potbelly for a few months now. When I go into the store and chat with the staff, I get a good sandwich. But when I order through an online delivery service, I get an absolutely awful sandwich with 1/3 of the filling, on a stale roll, and they forget side items. The final straw was when I ordered extra ingredients on my sandwich and actually got none of those ingredients. I was home with a cold and really needed some tasty comfort food, and what I got was horrible and they forgot my ordered and paid for sides. This sandwich with paid for extras was $15.00. Not cheap at all. I'm done with this chain. The food is inconsistent and actually expensive.

I was a little disappointed today I have been going to this potbelly since 2013. I always get the same thing; the skinny pair. Today I was told that the small sandwiches never get cut in half. If it is true I haven’t experienced that since 2013. And then the young lady tried to debate with me about it. I told her it’s no problem and that I’ll take a plastic knife and cut it myself. Customer service is everything. She also hung up on me when I called to ask if they were open. Very rude.

They accidentally swapped sandwiches inside delivery bags. When I explained that I was on my lunch break at work, the GM, Anthony, totally made it right. He went above and beyond to make sure I got food during my long shift. He even threw in a cookie and a coupon. Im moving far from a Potbellys in a few days and will really miss it. You guys totally rescued my last day at work! I microwaved the cookie and totally recommend

This place is amazing. I accidentally ordered online to the State Street location but thought I'd ordered here and was on my lunch break (limited time!). Seeing my panicked face, a young man who appeared to be the manager told me to show him my receipt and he'd replace the order there. They were quick and kind, and the food was delicious, as always. I didn't have cash for a tip so I felt awful, but the same young man was graceful and unbothered by that. You've earned a customer for life with this exceptional customer service. Potbelly, give these associates a raise!!

The Italian sub had nothing but meat and cheese on it. The blt & avacado had 1 tiny piece of avacado that was brown. I will NEVER order from this place again. Their food is garbage.

Inconsistent, sometimes barely put any mushrooms in even when I pay extra and sometimes drown it in mayo so I can't eat it then I end up throwing it away See picture and that's after I wiped away as much mayo as possible with a napkin
