The food was great. I loved the valet parking but waitress served the salad after I finished my entree and they never offered bread. All the tables around us got a bread basket. No discount offered, not even an apology.

Ruth Chris in Ann Arbor stole an additional tip from me and my family. I put $40 tip on the table for gratuity, plus they took an additional $40 from my credit card for gratuity. This $80 total and gratuity when they only supposed to get $40 My bill was $271. I had a $25 off gift certificate they never applied it to my bill plus I was unaware that I paid twice for one tip. The manager claim she could do nothing about it. If u go here make sure you check your bill before you leave. I’m never going back to Ruth Chris again because I was robbed. I will never spend my hard earned money here and I will tell everyone I know

Over priced average restaurant. Food not great for cost, booth was not clean, silverware spotted. Not what you'd expect for $65 a piece steak. Will not go back!

After years of hype, we finally made it here. Our group opted to order extra side dishes instead of an appetizer, so our meal began after the delicious warm bread. I had the ribeye steak cooked medium, and it was very good, but not the best steak I’ve eaten. We added the trio of sauces and really enjoyed the cremini mushroom one. The lobster Mac and cheese was topped with nice chunks of lobster, while the au gratin potatoes were thick cut, but not enough cheese. It seemed to have mayo which dominated the sauce mixture. We also ordered Brussel sprouts which were nicely done. Finally was the dessert which we enjoyed the chocolate, flourless mini cakes. Our server was Jessica and she was exceptional!

Surprisingly not a great meal this time. Not inedible, but not delicious like it usually is. We come to Ruth's Chris for special occasions and usually it's a fantastic experience. We went last night for my son's 21st birthday, he wanted to go there instead of having a party. The hostesses were very friendly and sweet. But this time our waiter wasn't very pleasant, which is surprising because usually they are so friendly and helpful. Most of the sides, aside from the lobster mac, were not very warm. The sauce on the au gratin potatoes was cool, and the cheese was barely melted on top, when usually it's browned and crusted. The French fries were lukewarm and pretty soggy, grilled asparagus wasn't very tender and was also cool. My crab cakes were alright, but again, not very hot. The steaks were very good, except for one being undercooked when asked for medium. The birthday cheesecake and the key lime pie were good.We didn't make an issue out of anything, as we were celebrating and didn't want to take away from his birthday. It wasn't an awful experience, but definitely not worth $430 to walk away feeling as though you'd had a decent meal at Outback, and really not what we had come to love and expect from Ruth's Chris.
Ruth chris food was terrible. I went here for my birthday a couple days ago andThe chef did not put any seasoning on our food. also the food made me and my guess Stomach hurt. I had Indigestion for 2 days. The food still upsetting my stomach, we also notice the chickens are smaller, No compliments to the chef this time. Ruth chris must have changed the chef this. Well we're not eating here for a while, it wasn't good on March 17th & our Waiter was slow at take care of our table, he kept forgetting things & taking a long time to bring simple items. I had to remind the waitress to bring my birthday cheesecake out which tasted nasty too.

Great restaurant. Great staff. Food was good but prime rib over cooked a little. I didn't care for the Mac and cheese either. Creamed spinach was decent after I added a little salt to it. Shrimp appetizer was the best. It was my birthday and the only thing I didn't like was my waitress didn't let me know they were closing the bar. Other than that, she was nice and so was another waitress who took time to help my friends and I decide where to hang out. I'll update this post with photos soon.

Seats in booth were filthy on both sides of table. Crumbs and wet food. Have video of the nasty stuff still on seat. Not worth the money to have to sit in old food and crumbs.
