We used to love getting our fried chicken from here, but looks like it's under new management now (kimchi box) so the chicken is not as crispy and the glaze recipe is different. Sadly, don't think we will be returning due to this change.

Customer service is horrible! Didn’t even want to order from this place. The person who takes the order over the phone sounds like he hates his job! Very terrible.

Seoul Street is a no frills take-out joint that serves delicious fried chicken. The owner has always treated me and my partner kindly and often throws in an extra strip or two for us whenever we go. Order on the website, choose a pick up time, and show up at that time. He will pack up your order when you arrive. Just a note about the glaze: the hot & spicy has good flavor, but isn't as spicy as you might expect.

The website says you can dine in. I tried to call to confirm it but their phone system doesn’t allow you to talk to anybody. Came to the restaurant to be greeted by someone who didn’t care if the website was wrong or not. They may have great chicken, but they don’t have my business.

This is the BEST fried chicken in Ann Arbor! You MUST order online and there is only 1 person cooking and filling orders, so be patient. The chicken legs are huge and always super crunchy. We get chicken legs every few months and they are always consistently delicious. We also get the kimchi fries! Yum!

The owner is something wrong. Crazy. He looks like angry and ready to fight. I just want to check my other but when I try to open my package he just yelled to me what are you trying to do. If he don’t want to running his business then shut down. Nobody wants to pay for unmannered owners.

The food is okay but the service is awful and the restaurant is in terrible shape. The floors are dirty and oily, the walls are oily, and even the front door is oily. The empty coca-cola refrigerator in the front lobby also appears to have mold growing in it. When we walked in we were greeted by a very rude and simply over worked cook/cashier. Only one person working on a busy Friday night. I will not be eating here again and suggest anyone else looking at the restaurant to pass.

I would like to give 1star but since chicken is really good, i give it 2. I hope the owner of this restaurant give time to clean the store. Very unsanitary. Everything is dirty. If i am with state/city sanitation inspector and see that place, i will shut it down right away.

Excellent chicken, probably the best in town. Order by phone only, not a friendly place and prices have skyrocketed. Still, the BEST fried chicken around though.

I have no idea why people seem to take issue with how the owner runs his business, you order on the website and show up at the time you choose. That's it. It's easily the most painless takeout ordering process I've ever experienced and it's leagues ahead of anywhere else.Regarding the food, easily the best chicken I've had in my life, and you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't try the kimchi fries; They are out of this world!

I am surprised that this place is still here. Okay, the food is not too bad but the best Korean Fried Chicken? Come on, guys... this is mediocre at best. Service is terrible. This is from a person who values good food more than service - as long as food is good, I don't care about the service much. People who work here don't look like they care. Can you imagine if they care about the food they cook? I ordered the food and got there an hour later since it was quoted time. I waited another hour. Is there any update or any greetings? Nope. Was food so great that I can forget about it? Also nope. Please stop giving business to those people who don't care about you. By eating this place, you are reinforcing the bad behaiviour and bad business practice.

This place is very highly rated on Yelp for Korean fried chicken and I honestly don't understand. Maybe this was a bad day but the one we had was below average. The inside was not seasoned at all, the coat was greasy and had no texture. It's a sad day for Korean fried chicken when you feel Kentucky was a better option. Not coming back.
