Nice place, bright and clean, and open a bit later, which is what we were looking for. A different selection of interesting desserts. We will be back.

The most gracious staff and a delicious cardamom chai tea. The cream cheese filled “honeycomb” bread (similar to Hawaiian rolls) was fresh and warm. How have I missed this place?
Cute and unique coffee shop. The inside is bright spacious clean and comfortable. The service is friendly and patient. I got a coconut pastry which is served cold and was sweet and savory. And a latte that had a very nice flavor. The prices are very reasonable. I'd like to see the pastries labeled so you aren't guessing about what you're ordering but other than that everything was good.

A nice coffee shop in southeast Ann Arbor. I like their Adeni chai and pistachio honeycomb. Definitely recommend if someone wants to chill out. They have plenty of space, but tends to get crowded on weekends.

You cannot miss Socotra coffee. Their signature latte is so good; it's not overwhelming sweet like so many other coffee shops. It's usually pretty packed on the weekend.

The smell as you walk in is SO DELICIOUS! I wanted to try everything. They had lots of flavorful teas, coffees, and baked goods. Baked goods like different croissants, cake slices, treats, etc! I had the Almond croissants - they were the best croissants I've ever had! They were literally stuffed with an almond mixture that was so flavorful and kept the croissant from being dry. And it was plenty of the mixture! Not like some donuts where you get like a teaspoon in a giant donut... I also had the mocha latte which is honestly just what I needed. We were traveling for 18 hrs the day before and didn't get in town until 2am that morning. When the dog woke me up at 6, this was the first place that came up when I searched for coffee houses. The lady who served me was so kind! I had called beforehand and asked if, since I was going to walk my dog there, would it be ok to bring him inside while I ordered stuff to go? She said yes, and was so kind when I got there! My dog is still a puppy so he's not well trained yet but she gave me some water for him, and was very patient while I struggled to deal with him (he's a jumper still), order, get money out of my purse, and then receive change. She was able to break a $100 bill (which was all I had) and gave me the croissants in a nice carry out container in a really nice plastic bag, which was perfect as we made our way back to the house! If I lived here, I'd be a very frequent customer!

I had the honeycomb bread along with a Sana'ani (coffee with cardamom). The coffee was flavorful and strong and the bread was warm and sweet! The staff was very kind and the cafe was busy with a good vibe at 8pm on a Thursday night!
