Not gonna lie, the line is way too long all the time for me at least. But one thing I can say is, it's worth the wait because they actually make my coffee right and it tastes so good. The workers are friendly too.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. The staff is cold and rude. I always feel like ordering something is a massive nuicance to the staff. The tone of voice they use when talking to customers is atrocious. I always see the staff rolling their eyes, letting loose sighs, and just being garden variety meanies.Also, this place smells very bad, It is never clean, and the trash is never taken out. The bathrooms are disgusting, too.

This looks location is a bit of a nightmare to get to, but, it's got great service and drinks. Downtown ann arbor is a crazy town to navigate. I love it, but some may find it irritating.

Horrible service a few times, and that prompted me to write something. I thought in-store orders were prioritized somewhat, as per other stores. But there isn't. I think ordering on the app may get you a better chance.The cashier could not even find my order, looked utterly lost and under-trained; I had to speak directly to the barista to ensure one order was correct; then for the other order, after waiting for what felt like a decade for it (15min even after i reminded them of my order's existence), they actually got it wrong. I asked for no whipped cream, but it ended up with a dollop... I just could not care to ask them to redo it... just not worth it.There are a couple of stores in the area with staff that are so utterly under-trained and incompetent, and take zero pride in their work... I wonder what it will take to revive their reputation. As it stands, starbucks' stores in usa pale in comparison to starbucks overseas, just like many other fast food chains.

I love this Starbucks! What I don’t like is when they take a century to get drinks and food made when there is clearly 7 people behind the register, not focused and talking about nothing and making customers upset and it’s mostly happening during the daytime . Other than that my food and drink was great.
