Been to many of the Starbucks in the area but by far this one is the best. They are super friendly, super fast and have always gotten my order right. I even will go out of my way to swing by this location instead of the other one that is on my way to the hospital.
I rarely leave reviews when I'm disappointed, but today was really unfortunate. I was running late for work and I placed a mobile order: an iced espresso with cream, cold foam and some syrup, and a breakfast wrap. When I got there, the wrap was ready but the coffee wasn't yet. This is my Starbucks of choice when commuting into Ann Arbor. I never have to wait long in the drive-thru and the baristas are always very friendly. Today I realized I had stickers on my drink after pulling away it’s a small gesture but it made me smile!
