The Indian man behind the counter was very friendly and customer-oriented, even while he trained another person.The restaurant was clean, and again, the sandwich... So. Freaking. GOOD.

I placed an order for an early Sunday morning pick up cater service. I ordered the sand which platter. I received a call confirming my order a couple days prior. I believe the manager is the one who called me and made my order. He was so polite , so nice and it was just an overall treat and great experience. PIck up was perfect, food was great! I will for sure come here again.

Came in about 9:30am. The girl with the red hair didn’t greet me. She had an attitude the whole time I was ordering, I had a simple order. She kept shaking her head and making facial expressions throughout my order. Very unprofessional work ethic.

I make my order over the phone I told them I need tuna sup they hear me said supway club they give mewrong order and then I came back I said you guys give me wrong order the guy he was so rude to me and the girl she look Indian she was rude to me and while they doing my order he keeps telling the lady about what I told him on the phone that’s so ridiculous I don’t recommend this place and never come back!

Most Expensive Subway I have ever been to.They put less meat on the subs we ordered.Saw the owner take pre cut chicken and breakup all the pieces even smaller to skimp to refill the serving bowl.
I went to grab lunch today at 10:30am so shortly after they ordered and they were out of all bread except white. Okay maybe better planning to cook bread sooner but no biggie. I ordered my sandwich which was good but I then got a meal which the fountain drink machine is broken but still had people using it. Is hit and doesn’t make ice. I also got two cookies that were hard as a rock and for $18 you would expect better quality. Clearly the cookies are old and they didn’t make fresh product for that day which is very unacceptable. Not sure how they pass inspection if one is done. I unfortunately won’t be back which is a bummer because subway is one of my favorites.

They don’t care about their customers they only care about the money.This manager had the worse service ever, she was so rude and made racist comments about me. She was very disrespectful and embarrassed me in front of the other customers Horrible service Sad to say I will not be going there again.

I came out of my way to leave a review on google for this store because this was our first time ordering from this location and actually enjoyed our subs very much! We ordered on DoorDash but the sandwich’s still came warm, toasted, not soggy, and veggies were very well portioned out! I’m comparing our experience to the usual location we order from on S State street in the gas station. Great job to the employees there!

I wish I knew the young lady’s name that was working today. She is ALWAYS in a good mood and has a smile on her face. It doesn’t matter that she’s by herself, she makes it work, especially during a busy lunch rush!! I will pass up the subway on Washtenaw (right across the street) to go to this location because she is so pleasant!!! She deserves a raise and a Holiday Bonus. She’s a keeper!!!
