It's been fine a couple times but yesterday I picked up 2 footlongs for myself and a co-worker, got all the way back to work to realize that for whatever reason, the second sandwich was a 6inch.........how do you mess that up?

I've lived in the US for over 10 years and have used many Subway stores, but this is the first time I've seen a very bad store like this. Service and sandwiches were the worst.I placed an online order around 5:30-40. I went to the store with a 6 o'clock pickup. However, there were customers in the store, so I waited even if my items did not come out. Meanwhile, another customer came in, and I waited outside the store for 20-30 minutes. However, the sandwich from the guest who came in while I was waiting was made before me, who ordered online, and they took it. And I started making what I ordered. I got the sandwich I ordered after waiting almost 40-50 minutes at the store where I arrived for a 6 o'clock pick-up.I understood everything because it was a pandemic and it was evening time, and I was in a bad mood, but I was trying to understand.But they didn't even make what I ordered, and this was the first time I'd ever had a sub that looked so poor. They didn't apologize to me, nor did they give me the refund I asked for. They did things the way they wanted them to. Who pays for the time I lost, the discomfort I've received, and the gas fee?

This is the worst Subway store I've been to. I placed my order online and went for pickup in 20-30 minutes. And yet I waited over 40 minutes. I will never go to this place again and will tell the community around me not to use this place.

Waited literally 30 min in a small line of 3 people in front of me. Does it seriously take 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches? Wtf.

This subway is literally the worst one in the area... drive the extra 7 minutes if you really want subway. Food quality is terrible, staff doesn't care..Won't be coming back to this location.

The food tasted pretty good, and the speed is just as you'd expect for a Subway, but they never seem to have exactly what I want to order!

Had a doordash order they refused to answer the phone when I or doordash tried to contact them regarding an important issue with our order and also refused to put toppings on the side when asked

Messed up my entire lunch order then when I called I was told we aren’t responsible call subway support. All we can do is make a new one but you’ll be charged for it. Worse service and problem solving definitely will not be returning or ever recommended this subway to anyone. Extremely extremely disappointed.

My card was charged for a pick up but because they never got the order, I got no subs. I was offered no subs and when I asked for them to make them they refused. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to call me, according to Tara.Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a LONG time.

TERRIBLE service!! I ordered through their broken app which confirmed this location was open. However the location was NOT open. I called and left them a voicemail to cancel my order since I did NOT receive it. They didn't bother to do their job and it posted to my card, which was fraud on their part. Today I called to talk to someone and the young, black girl that answered told me it wasn't her problem and that I had to call their corporate number. I asked her what that was and her response was "I'm busy right now. Figure it out yourself". I googled them, called the number, which provided no ability to talk to anyone, referring me online. The website offered no way to get any actual support either. I just filed a dispute with my card provider since it was easier. The customer service both at this store, corporate, and their website is horrendous. I love their subs, but their less than zero customer service is just abhorrent.
