Quality: 3.5/5Value: 2.5/5The portion sizes certainly felt underwhelming or maybe it was the employee’s fault. There was so much space between the lid and bowl which made it feel disappointing. I only took 5 bites and it was gone. It is supposed to be a healthier version of chipotle but I didn’t feel satisfied. In terms of quality, the fresh ingredients were spot on, but the sauces options were questionable. I would like to give it another chance

Highly recommend ordering online because the line for in person ordering can be really long at lunch and the dining area is packed inside. The guacamole greens is my favorite salad here. Very fresh ingredients and very customizable.

The food is good and the first time I went here I got a chicken plate which was awesome but today I was feeling adventurous and decided to go for one of the bowls so I got the elote one. For anyone thinking about ordering one instead of a salad I can tell you it was not a grain/carb bowl I was invesioning and was 80% arugula. I don't understand how you can call this a bowl and have a separate section for salads in the menu. Of course, the place is called sweet green and this may just be my mistake but it feels misleading When every time I've ordered a bowl at another place it's 80% grain/meat and 20% greens.

Over cooked chicken, random ingredients thrown in a bowl that don't really make sense. BBQ sauce on salmon is a sacrilege. Go somewhere else... for dinner

The food is pretty good. Modern spin on salads and protein bowls. I think it's a little bit expensive for the amount of food get. However, the Arbor Hills location has a parking lot and that is a convenience. The service is professional counter service. There are to-go spots for mobile ordering. The ambiance is nice and simple. Not fussy or pretentious.

They just made their bowls like half the size they used to be and are still charging the same amount, which has always been way too much for a salad in the first place. I would still pay almost $20 for a salad because they're pretty good tasting for a "convince food" type of service and you'd get a good amount but that's not the case anymore. I don't think I can justify eating here as easily now. Huge bummer.

Waited a while to be helped. Several associates in the back not helping out until other patrons walked in…Probably will not return.

Very pricey, customer service hit or miss at both Ann Arbor locations. Salads pretty consistent.

New Sweetgreen location on a very busy road. This location has always given me all the right ingredients, and makes orders quickly. I find that for the price, you don't really get that much food, the portions are small. However, you get the most in the bowls. My go to order is the harvest bowl, add cucumber, chickpeas, and tomato, pesto dressing and a lime.
