We got Sweetgreen for a work meeting and had to write down our choice ahead of time for our supervisor to order it. We had gotten Sweetgreen at another meeting months before where allergens were clearly labeled when I looked up options and this time when I tried to find gluten-free information on the food choices, it was nowhere to be found anywhere on the website no matter how hard I looked. Since I remember it had been so clearly posted months before when we got food from here, I assumed any allergens would be clearly on the page. But nope, when I received my order at the meeting, it had croutons all over it. Even after I found this out I again went to the website to see if gluten-free information was anywhere on the site and I could not find anything. Also I’m a Registered Dietitian so I’m well versed on what things to look for regarding allergens. So be very wary if you have any type of food allergies or special diet as it is impossible to find allergen information on their website. Oh and there was also a dead fly on the lettuce in the bowl.

I thought I ordered a good salad bowbut got a bunch of kale. Ratio of ingredients was completely off. 90% of the bowl is filled with kale/spinach...I always thought panera bread was the worst restaurant in terms of value for your money. But I was wrong. Sweetgreens beats panera by a large margin...

Wife ordered through their website and had it delivered. They brought the wrong order. There is NO way to reach anyone. They don't answer the phone. Customer service is abysmal. Will have to contrast the charge with American Express now.

So clearly, they do not want you to dine in here. Dropped by on an early Sunday evening, looking for a light bite. Waited a bit. Finally acknowledged only to find out there is no dine in available because they are out of forks. Now, there is no sign on the door about the issue. No carryout only, etc. At least at the other Ann Arbor locale, there was online notification that they were out of salmon. It is how we ended up here only to be further disappointed. So maybe try to put something online? Maybe track your utensil usage? I mean, there are a billion places you could grab forks from to maybe not completely leave people without an option. Some people do still like an option for dine in when they live more than 15 minutes away. So yeah, based on what I've witnessed as far as stocking and customer care, I am not a fan of Sweetgreen.

This is my favorite spot to get fresh warm salad bowel with a good portion. However the experience I had today ruined the whole experience. I went in the store at around 11AM on October 25. This petite black lady served my food. I ordered a crispy rice bowel and a southwest chicken fajita. Not only did she take forever to read the instructions of what ingredients go into the bowls, when she accidentally put regular chicken instead of blackened chicken into my crispy rice bowel, she asked if it’s ok? I said I prefer blacked chicken (I in fact ordered this specific item to get the blackened chicken). And she seemed deeply bothered and acted really sassy and said: next time you see it you should say something. Horrible customer service and not sure if I will go back. She also didn’t give me any receipt and didn’t ask if I want any bread

The other week I was in sweet greens and I was ordering food, the food was tasty fresh and not one piece of green stuff was wilted 100 percent crispy delight. The service was on point the crew ran good and the management was respecting their underlings. There was this short black man not even 5 feet i suck an measuring but very short he was cleaning an running around so effectively it was hard not to notice. A mixed women with curly short hair was directing and working side by side looked like she was a manager for sure but damn she was driving the team forward. It was such an experience just to watch for a minute or two how busy a kitchen can get. The ambiance was clean an efficient. After finishing my mean I asked what the two peoples names were and they told me Amon and Kass. Thanks for such a great experience at my first meal for sweet greens.

Not a lot of salad options.No regular ranch dressing, no thousand Island dressing, no balsamic vinaigrette dressing.No black olives, just not enough salad toppings.No croutons. Food was so so. 7/10
