I frequently visit the drive-thru here. I can't say too much about the atmosphere inside. Most of the time, it's a pleasant experience. But then there are days like today. There were only 4 cars lined up in the drive-thru when i pulled up. And this was just before the lunch rush. After taking my order, it took almost 15 minutes to get to the pickup window. "Fast food" really isn't fast food anymore.The guy working the pickup window was very nice. He was funny, which took my mind off the long wait. I love pleasant people who take jobs in customer service! Definitely a plus!Now for the food...it was delicious! That new Cantina Chicken Burrito Meal hit the spot! I will be returning to get this again! Hopefully, it will be a faster experience.

I would give 0 if I could, I didn’t even get my breakfast wrap because the worker sounded so mean and rude with an attitude, buddy you chose that job nobody forced you to work their, if you don’t like working with the public find a different job, god bless you and the evil you have inside. You need to be talked to, your tone and communication is the reason why you are where you are now.

Drive through, waited 10 minutes for a bag that looked like they literally threw my taco in. Burrito was barely wrapped so it went all over my lap. 20 dollars and half my lunch break, disappointing.

Drive thru, at least three cars received the wrong order. Wrong food and drinks. Had to go in and get the correct order. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Just wanted to share an experience today. Went to this taco bell today and met the coolest nicest lady I have ever been served by. I'm new to America, originally from Australia and was served by a lady that went out of her way to help and be kind to my family. I was stunned by her service in a really nice way. I wish I got her name. I will be back regularly. Kindness is not lost!
