Craving ice cream, but not the fat and calories, I searched for frozen yogurt and was happy to find a TCBY yogurt. I remembered how great they were years ago, nice to see they were still around, AND had good reviews! Perfect! Not so. I was surprised to see when I arrived there was not one customer, even on a sunny summer day when people were back out and about again. Ok. So I don't have to wait. Walked in, no one there, no menu, only thing I saw were toppings and dispensers that were "closed" for sampling. Finally, someone comes out, doesn't say a word, and hands me a huge cup. Ok, so I finally got out of her I can dispense any yogurt I like. I see hot fudge. I push the dispenser and some sort of liquid that had the consistency of tea sprays out all over my yogurt, bouncing off onto the floor and all over the counter-a general mess. I end up cleaning it up myself for the most part and wrap napkins around the cup because it is covered in this goo. As I'm cleaning up, I notice the counter and the scale have gobs of old yogurt that have already dried up. It's been there a while. Alright, I just want to get my yogurt and get out of here. No credit card scanner. The only place I've been four months where i have to hand my card to the cashier; under and around the shield that have encased the scale and cash register. She takes my card; no register display, no receipt, so I have to ask how much I was charged.$9! Overpriced for what I got. OMG. Sticky hands and all, I'm finally on my way. At least I can enjoy the yogurt. Not so fast. My chocolate chip cookie dough is not what it claims to be. Whatever it was, it dd not taste good. The only positive thing I can say is it was cold. I don't now how this place earned the ratings it had, so it must have been a bad day for them, which then became a bad day for me. Now it will be a bad day for them when I never return.

I’m 9 months pregnant and was craving this so bad! My husband went to this location tonight and got the large pre made cookies and cream frozen yogurt. It was good until I found this hair in my bowl :/ I’ve tried calling the location but no one is answering the phone and you can’t leave a message.

AMAZING toppings, fun with the family , and delicious! I only have one complaint it is a tad expensive. ?overall good though

The frozen yogurt is delicious and the choice of topping is great, but MY LORD this place is DIRTY. There were cobwebs in the corners, all of the yogurt machines were dirty and/or broken, there was spilled yogurt everywhere, including the sides of the counter and floors. EW. There was only one employee working there, but when there were no customers she disappeared into the back. Someone needs to douse this place in bleach and vinegar and make sure an employee is maintaining it between customers. It also smelled like B.O. I'm sorry to say, which made the unappetizing grime even worse. Please focus on the cleanliness of your FOOD serving establishment before the health department arrives.
Love it generally, please keep the bananas foster stocked.

A white guy comes in the store and another family the young lady working says Hi to the family & white guy. However, she said nothing to me and my family AND we’re black!!!! She seems racist if you ask me and kept giving me and my family the mean stare.

Love this place, its always fun to mix and match flavors and toppings but its a dangerous game cause you end up leaving with a sugar comma and possibly diabetes. Love it even though I always get way to much!

I'm a fan because our family has eaten TCBY for years but this TCBY needs TLC. It doesn't change the quality of the yogurt or toppings, which is 5-star, but the slightly worn, unkempt interior detracts from the overall experience. I always go for the white chocolate mousse because I know what I like and take the position "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." But I'd you find it hard to decide, there are taste-size cups available to sample available flavors. This time, Toasty Toasty Marshmallow piqued my interest so I sampled and deemed it worthy of being added to my cup. But on the side, so as not to contaminate my white chocolate! But, then as is apt to happen, they sort of naturally melted together and I have to admit....me likey! Counter person was very nice and polite. I just wish they would spiff the place up a bit to match her welcoming smile.

I just visited this store and it was such a lovely place to spend my time. The place looked cleaned and the girl was super helpful and friendly. I ordered smoothie and it was amazing. Will visit the place again soon.
