Management is terrible. We asked for something off the bill because we weren’t impressed. The potato skins with no bacon because i don’t eat bacon and when she came over she was acting like it was my fault their was too much cheese because i asked for no bacon. Was all snappy and rude. I come here too often and have never been NOT impressed with something. sad to see this happen and won’t be coming back.

After waiting almost an hour for our food and no visits from our server I found a manager who assured me the food was coming. 10 min later re-heated food was served to us, steaks completely over cooked, cold shrimp and potatoes.Sent our steaks back. Sat there for another 15 minutes waiting. Manager trying to explain it was a new ticket system however everyone else around us were getting their food. We were there for 2 and half hours!!!. $100 meal just to leave for aggravated and annoyed. So much for date night.

Never have much to say about Texas Roadhouse as they are always great but don’t bother with takeout anymore as they don’t care about it. They give the worst cuts of meat, overcooked sides and next to no bread.If you want quick food just walk in, sit at the bar and order. Just have it boxed togo when it gets to you and you will have much better food.

I am here now. Service is awful. Party of 8 who was seated after us is enjoying their meal. We waited 1.5 hours to get a seat and another 1.5 hours later, a party with two adults and two children still dont have food. We arrived at 6:40 pm and it's now 9:30. Im not happy and I won't be back

Two hours for two people to eat is crazy. Then we were served cold food . The manager did not off anything to make this right . I would not recommend eating here
I was not very happy with this location.We drive from napoleon, MI ti Livonia, for work daily, so this was on our wat home.It was REALLY loud.My steak was supposed to be medium. It was rare.We picked our steaks, and most of them had dark marks on them like they were going bad.When we go to the Jackson Location and we pick our steaks, we get either a free 3 piece shrimp or free onions and mushrooms, and this was not an option at the ann Arbor location.It seemed to take forever for our food.The blooming onion was overcooked on the outer edges and rawn in the middle.And with tip, my bill was $115, so we won't be back to this location. I'll drive to Jackson.

We had the pulled pork this visit which was excellent. There was enough meat for 2 more meals which makes the price more affordable.The house salad was hood but this time lacked the presentation that it normally has. The ingredient were all there but seemed to be thrown together in a hurry.
