Very comfortable, and "homey" set up inside. The people working always seem up beat and eager to be of service. I am a DoorDasher and always appreciate treats! Today (01/19) The awesome lady at the front counter gave me a bag of half dozen donuts for having to wait for an order to be finished! Thank you so much, what an awesome way to start my day off! If could give 10 stars I certainly would.

TASTY!!! I came alone and tried the cinnamon roll donut. It was SO GOOD, and fresh!! I also ordered a Carmel latte which was good also!! A must try!! A nice intimate cafe and bakery!!

Cupcakes are great. Ice cream and service is not! There was a girl on her cell phone at the front of the store behind the counter when we walked in. For some reason she walked to the back area as soon as we came in. Weird but finally had to ask her to get our order - she did and was fine. What warrants the 1 star in my opinion is the unbelievably TINY scoop of ice cream - I've enjoyed ice cream for many decades and have never had such a tiny scoop. It was so small, I made it a double scoop. Ice cream was just mediocre and cost a few cents shy of $8.00 !!!!! Tiny portions are absolutely fine but I feel the price should reflect it.

Don’t usually write bad reviews but this was terrible. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and waited 45 minutes. Asked multiple times if they were working on and they said yes without checking. After 45 mins when I asked again they said they lost the order. Really disorganized and bad customer service - stay

Went in for a simple snack, oncr it was my go to order, Jake walked straight to the back as if I wasn't there. Young lady from the back looked at me as Jake proceeded to go to the back to of the exit of the bakery. The young lady came to the front then asked if I was picking up an order, I said no and told her, the gentleman saw me but kept walking to the back, as if he didn't want to help me. She basically ignored me stating the obvious from Jake and was also rude, through the process of ordering. After paying, I asked for my receipt and she left it for me to grab. Blatant rudeness, and terrible customer service.

Very disappointing experience! Thru the years I have used you guys for birthday cakes and other parties. But this time, you literally take the cake! I ordered a cake and mini cupcakes over a week in advance for my daughter’s birthday! (Which the sheet of cake was $105!!). I called in the morning of the pick up to change my pick up time to later in the day, (which your staff said it was no problems). When I come to pick up my order, my order has not been filled at all. So your staff scrambles to get my mini cup cakes together. And then proceeds to get a half frozen cake from the back and the staff member scrambles to write happy birthday on the cake. If I wasn’t in a rush to get back home, I would have asked to get a refund. Your cake tasted like it was an old. I have never been more disappointed with the service and product. When I spend almost $200 dollars on a cake and some mini cupcakes, I expect my order to be filled and on time. But at least taste like I spent $200 dollars on it! Never again!

Everything taste great. My only complaint is that when you go in at 9 there are not a variety of cupcakes ready. I have learned to go in at a later time now.

We don’t come often but when we do, we love to stock up on a bunch.Would give it 5 stars but unfortunately, this time we came, a young girl with brown hair that was clipped up was very rude. Made us felt rushed and almost as if we were burdening her because of how much we were getting. Next time I suppose I’ll order online! To avoid unpleasant customer service.

I was disappointed with my visit, the price is too high for the one scoop that I got, the Icecream scoop was small. The Icecream doesn’t have a strong favor. Never coming back again
