Good workers are very polite. have complex ptsd, so I wore a beanie so as to not have others stare into my eyes, rude customer kept talking about me as she was standing beside me, then cocked her head to stare directly into my eye sockets, I politely asked her not to do that and she called me crazy, which sent me into a panic attack. I wouldn't go here even if it was the last store on earth open.

The young man that works here is always so rude to me, and I can’t figure it out. I feel like I’m on an episode of Seinfeld when I go here and have to interact with him. He’s friendly enough to everyone else as far as I can observe when I’m there, but he acts like he has some sort of grudge with me which is very odd as I’ve only been here a handful of times. I have worked in the service industry, so I always am efficient and polite when I order and leave a tip. I am a little hard of hearing, so when they called out my drink over the loud music, I did have to call back to the barista to confirm that it was my drink, and he seemed very disgusted by this. I honestly DREAD if I see that he is working when I stop in, which I probably wouldn’t do, but it is such a short walk from my house. All that being said, everyone else I have encountered here has been very pleasant, and the coffee and pastries have been good.

I went here on graduation with a friend to stay warm. A decent coffee shop, great location. Good place to get work done if you are in the area for a football game and want to be near stadium.

Three words: chocolate pistachio croissant. You'll thank me later. Super yummy and rich but not overly sweet. Baked to perfection. Thank you to the staff for recommending it to me! I hadn't been in there because its location across from the stadium which makes it impossible to drive by or park for several months out of the year. But a Sunday afternoon in late February? Great! The space is so modern and clean inside and they have some outdoor seating too!

Peppy warm interaction to start up our day. Both the gal and the barista were very nice and they both carried a conversation organically so that already alone was a big plus. The coffee house is located right across from the stadium. We found parking available right in front of the establishment, and they also have overflow parking available behind the coffee house. The taste presentation and quality of everything was on point. It was nice to see the options on the menu, there is definitely something for everyone. We had the last plain bagel warmed up and made into a breakfast Sammie. I tried the vanilla latte and my wife had the cardamon rose latte with oat-milk. Will definitely be back!

Food and coffee were good, but the service was a little slow. Price for crepes was very reasonable and the staff were friendly, just struggling to get food prepared for the crowd.

Food was good as well as the latte. Definitely a splurge though.Vegetarian options: They do have lovely pastries.
Very friendly staff. Highly skilled and talented at what they do... especially at making their customers feel welcome and appreciated. I urge all in the Ann Arbor area to visit this specialty shop so aptly named in the shadows of The Big House. 5-stars PLUS !!!
A top-notch coffee shop experience! I recommend trying the blue butterfly drink and a nutella crepe. The cafe has a great selection of drinks and pastries. There is a lot of seating available as well.
